Dundee Barber Shop

For the longest time I've been looking for a good barber for my son and let me tell you we received extraordinary results. Frank showed his artistic skill as he was working on my son's hair and delivered superb results. My partner was impressed with how Frank took his time to ensure my son's back cowlick was cleaned and shaped the cut to his head shape with a clean fade while also allowing my son to be comfortable as he worked. And the scar on the side of my son's head, unnoticeable! He was also impressed with the other barber as she worked on another client with superb results in a quick manner. Will be promoting this shop to others. Thoroughly appreciate your work.

Neat little shop, but the service is not what it used to be when previous barbers were there. For the price and experience there is a GC about 2min from there that is great! Update Perhaps Unnecessary : The owner appears to be misinformed as to nature of a previous appointment. I called 15minutes EARLY informing Glenn I would be about 5minutes late as I was stuck in traffic. I then indicated to Glenn that I needed the sides trimmed and the top thinned without taking out too much length. In a rather dismissive tone Glenn then spent roughly 3min berating me about being late and that the information provided was "not enough" to cut my hair. At one point Glenn asked my age in an attempt to assign shame upon me, this I dismissed assuming "perhaps he is not having a good day." I then attempted to pull up a picture, any picture, to give him some idea of what to do, mildly confused as to how a trained barber was unable to trim the sides, thin the top, and send me on my way. As Glenn continued to vent his misplaced frustration I realized that getting a haircut here was more about making the experience as optimal for Glenn and the customer was merely a means to an end. This establishment used to treat customers in a respectful and considerate manner. The indications that past has changed are all too evident in both Glenn's behavior and your response. Instead of working to improve customer experience or seek additional understanding the immediate action was to assign blame in all directions except your own. I apologize for being a few min late, you can rest assured that you will never have to deal with that again. Have a great day and I honestly wish you the best!Service: Haircut

My husband and sons go here regularly- I tag along because it’s such a cool shop and fun experience! Impeccable service, perfect cuts, amazing barbers, super cool vibe, very clean, gorgeous decor! I don't normally give reviews but this was hands down the best haircut I've had in Omaha, and I've been to a lot of shops. Had it with Cryss who was incredibly knowledgeable about her trade. She was quick and efficient, but also made sure I didn't leave without me being happy with my cut. I showed up on time and they were ready for me when I got there within 5 minutes. They were clean and professional, and didn't force conversation onto you. It was a great experience overall and I'll be coming back for future haircuts.Services: Haircut

Ive been going here for years. Ive never meet a person like Tina that is such badass at cutting hair. I truly love her vibes. Every single time I walk into the front door she's noting but smiles and just awesome vibes. She can truly turn your bad day into a great day. Today I told her I know this is very last minute but I have a wedding tomorrow is there anyway you can slide me in, she said say no more I got you!! Frank the Barber was featured at Dundee barber for the month of December. He brings a unique South O style with a twister of hipster. Frank has cut my hair for the last three years and I won't go anywhere else. That's why they call him Frank "The Barber" come down the rest of the staff is more then qualified, on your way out grab a top shelf Cigar and tell your friends about Dundee Barber shop. It's one of the first to open in Omaha .

Excellent haircut. Cheerful service. I received a gentlemen's cut for us oldsters. I like the vintage vibe of the place, especially the chairs. Also like making an online appointment . I prefer to pay with credit card, but I haven't found a barber that doesn't require cash. Must be a tradition like Monday s off. Great location; I walked next door for some cupcakes and across the street for coffee after.Service: Haircut
