I wouldn’t even give it a one. The lady who cut my hair didn’t even ask what I wanted. I told her and she effed it up bad. Asked for a mid skin fade and the fatty who didn’t seem very chipper to be cutting my hair cut it at a zero on a straight line around. I swear I can only get my hair cut by this one employee at the 140th location. Go see Lyndsey at the one on center street. Nobody else for this company can cut hair properly. I hate this chick who did mine at this location.

By far the worst hair cut experience of my life. All hair stylist could talk about was how she didn't want to be there. When she wasn't doing that she was shouting across the store to another stylist saying she needs to get her rashes removed then laughing hysterically like she was drunk. Asked how much shampoo was and her response was, if you have to ask for it you can't afford it and Im to tired anyway it wouldn't be good. My previous review was 5 and I've changed that, I will never visit this location again. Waste of money

The stylists at SportClips Pebblewood brought their A game this evening! They did an exceptional job serving me and my boys! A lot of people I talk to say SC is pricey, and admittedly it is a bit out of my budget, but I really do not mind paying a little more for a quality product! Thank you all!

Around 1130 AM on 1-20-2023 I was in for a haircut. While in there a client with developmental disabilities walked in. Three of the barbers then started to discriminate against him. How they discriminated was he wanted a haircut so one of them hid in a locker, so they did not have to "deal" with him. They then went in the back of the store to hide from him. He then left frustrated saying he did not want to deal with them. I have never seen this kind of discrimination before.

Not the best place if you’re a person of color with any sort of textured hair. I’ve tried several times to receive a basic fade and have had employees completely ignore the request completely without just saying they don’t know how to do a fade.

My stylist, Jessie is awesome she helped me find a great look for me and she is so fun. They keep the place super clean. Reasonable prices and also sell products to help you keep your look just right.

Butchered my hair!!!!! I had been growing my hair out like a year and I went in there and told them to cut the bate minimum to get rid of the split ends. She immediately grabbed it and cut it to 2 inches above my ear on the left side and barely cut the right side then, after telling her to not shave anything she grabbed the trimmers and shaved everything on the left side behind my ear. She then called it done. I sat there crying as I demand it be fixed by another hairdresser. They had to cut it into a 90's bowl cut to fix it. I'm a 40 year old woman with a 10 year old boy's haircut. It's disgusting. I cried the rest of the day about it. A years worth of hair growth just gone. I feel violated and looked like I fell asleep and a 2 year old cut it. The hairdressers had no emotional reaction to the incident and even tried to tell me that it's so short because it's not growing due to how often I get it cut. Uhm, every 6 weeks? I will never go to a sport clips again.
