Dunkin' Donuts

My sister went to that Dunkin’ Donuts and had the worst service through the drive through. She ordered two coffees and they didn’t even ask her if she wanted it cold or hot. When she got to the window they had hot coffees made for her and she told them I wanted them cold not hot. And the women got really mad at her and told her we told you hot twice and you said yes, and my sister was like no I wanted iced. So they started making her iced ones. she went back to my sister and wouldn’t stop annoying her about the hot coffee thing. The woman was just pissed at her yelling at my sister and arguing with her and my sister snapped and told her well I’m paying for my drink I’m not going to drink what you want me to drink and left because of how bad they treated her. So they have bad service and management. Workers shouldn’t have to argue with the customer.

Friendly staff with prompt-as- possible service; coffee and donuts up to DD standards. They have the best fast-food/drive-thru breakfast options in Morton for taste/price.

Nice people for the most part, but they ALWAYS mess up my order. I give them another chance every so often & I regret it everytime. Waste of my money.

Go here often especially summer time. They have a very friendly staff. Use their DD perks app for rewards like free beverages. I have also bought their frozen ice cream cakes. Definitely a good place to go for any type of coffee!

My husband got the Parlins pecan ice cream and I got a chocolate filled doughnut. They were both very fresh and yummy. The staff are always eager to help.
