They just get it right here. Quick order and quick delivery to the counter. I got the egg bites and they were a good snack.Food: 5/5

We went for coffee and donuts to sit and enjoy. Unfortunately the place was very cold! All the workers had jackets on and NO HEAT! Appalling for workers and customers. Dietary restrictions: There isn’t gluten free options.

Nicest Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been in. We are on our way home & thought stop for a coffee on the way to airport, decided to sit down & have a meal once we walked in and felt very lodge like. I ate the wake up wrap, it’s more of a snack might actually be child size that’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars

Appalled. Usually the people arr amazing. The ladies are always so friendly. Today I placed an On the Go order. I was asked to come back in 20 min. I waited 30 and returned. I was asked to wait an additional 20 min while they finished up. I explained I have to return to work as this order was for them. I understand the power returned 45 mins ago, but almost an hour after the power returns you are still giving me excuses. I was very polite and went to work. The sandwich was burnt and hard as a brink. I go to this location. Multiple times a day and very disappointed with the lack of understanding for the situation. This order was 2 coffees one was black and 2 sandwiches. Also yo rub salt on the wound, he was serving other customers, the man said I could wait at the window for the addition 20 min and when I stated "I'm sure they have to work also" he said "it's just coffee it's fine." I think the look of shock on mu face said it all. Are you kidding me? I am completely disgusted by the actions at this store today. He seemed like a supervisor buy that can't be so as his customer service skills were close to none. I wasn't even offered an apology.

Love this Dunkin !! I live near the Dunkin in the main mall and refuse to buy from there. This is go to place. Love the service and their food,drink are always good !!Food: 5/5

I only ever use the drive through, so my review is limited to that experience, but it great enough that I feel compelled to point it out in a review. The staff is unusually nice and patient, and the only incorrect orders I ever get are to my benefit extra item, extra size, etc. They invariably act on behalf of the customer's satisfaction, and happily so. It makes me happy to continue supporting this establishment.

Unfortunately online says open till 4pm on Sunday and the door cling says 6pm . It’s important to update these things , Although there were staff inside and saw me and 4 others in drive through , one even came to the door and turned around and walked away when I was taking a photo of the window cling hours , you could at least say ‘hey we are closed’ OR SOMETHING , ANYTHING ! Being understaffed, or sick is one thing but that’s just poor customer service. Or maybe like the rest of similar businesses PUT OUT A SIGN.

I've been to this location long before it became a Dunkin. Decent place, staff typically are polite as everyone has an off day. I cannot help but notice they tend to go through staff quicker than other locations I've visited. Upper management is often hard to contact Professional reasons. But over all they typically don't screw up my coffee order in comparison to other locations. one pump swirl means one pump. not four.

There is a woman who I works at the drive thru window who always smiles and is bright and calls everyone honey and I love her, she does a wonderful job. Please give her a raise or something she is the reason I go to to this dunkin she makes peoples days brighter!

98% of the time you get the correct points for your purchase. I a Lways order in the app for the points. This Momday the 8th the internet was down all over the city, so you couldn't get your 100 points for Order ahead in the app Monday Kind of a rip off when you don't get your points
