Dunkin' Donuts

I waited 20 minutes for just a simple latte on a normal weekend morning not very busy, two staff and they forgot my order while they yelled at each pick up driver. I waited in line to get a refund but gave up as it would have taken at least ten more minutes and I didn’t want to incite more yelling. Left without coffee.Service: 1/5

This location is horrible on hospitality and service! No one greets you, just looks at you and continues to do what they are doing in the back! I waited over 10 minutes just for someone to serve me! The guy came, however, the way he asked “what can I get for you,” was not friendly at all! Almost felt like I was interrupting him! The second worker, female, came in and went straight to the back, no acknowledgment to the customer me. Shortly after I arrived a guy came in. No one greeting him, and it took even longer for him to be served, as I waited for another 15 mins for my order! If this place is understaffed, they should close, or make it only for pick up orders. Worst experience ever at a fast food place!

This is the trashiest and worst dunkin location I have ever seen. They take forever and always have a line yet never have bagels available because they are simply too lazy to make them. Literally disgusting location with bugs and smells coming from it that cannot be explained. I would rather eat off the ground by the train tracks than give this location business. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I had the most delightful experience at Dunkin’ Donuts on Grahm Street in Charlotte. As a 70-year-old woman, I truly appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere. Devon, the kindest gentleman, provided exceptional customer service that made me feel truly valued. Not only did my order arrive swiftly, but the flavors were absolutely delectable. Every week, I eagerly look forward to conversing with Devon, as his genuine kindness never fails to brighten my day. Dunkin’ Donuts on Grahm Street is a place where fast service, delicious treats, and heartfelt connections come together to create a truly enjoyable experience.

This place is busy and the employees are nice. My online order is usually 50% accurate. I tried to call a few times but they are short staffed today. The sandwich ordered was made with a bad egg. It's grey and green.

Walking through threw the door this Dunkin on graham street I was greeted with warm welcome by The cashier and her great customer service continued until I left the register to wait for my food and I waited for a very long time only to find out from another lady and a guy that they come regularly but Don’t eat the food when a certain cook is working he walked in minutes later smelling like smoke I believe his name was David After watching him make food with no gloves, and if I’m not mistaken, he didn’t wash his hands i No longer wanted my Food but I took it anyway an threw it in trash as soon as I left the store That really ruined my morning because I had to drive somewhere else and get food Probably won’t be coming back.definitely not

Asked for a cup sleeve as my coffee cup was literally burning my hands and the answer that I got was "sorry we don't have those you may try napkins" Wow thanks!

Great friendly environment. Greet you at the door. The avocado toast was good just small for the price.Food: 4/5

Genuinely the slowest service ever. Staff needs retraining and situational awareness. Literally go anywhere else because you will be late for work or just straight up won’t get the right order. Multiple experiences with not getting food and not getting a refund in store as well as waiting 30+ minutes for a basic coffee. You’d get less of a wait time at a sit down place. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and it continuously screws me over. Don’t waste your money.
