Favorite coffee place in Charlotte! So cute inside and the coffee is DELICIOUS! very friendly baristas and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the atmosphere.

Meg is the best employee ever! She needs a raise and Paid Time Off ALWAYS. She dealt with me and my 30 friends everyday by herself w/o assistance and did amazing! She is my soulmate, I’ve never had better coffee EVER. I love her.

The barista was very friendly and inviting. Got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. It was warm and fluffy with a tasty sauce on the side. The crème brûlée ice coffee was prefect and exactly what I need for the start of my double shift. Prefect balance of coffee and sweet. I will be back to try the green tea frappe.

Went to the one by the Kimpton and 230 S Tryon. The staff, perfect. The ambience, nice. The creme brulee coffee was the best sweet coffee drink I've ever had. The next time in I ordered the Vietnamese coffee and it was the best not sweet coffee I've ever had. This place is a must stop for coffee fiends.

We stopped by twice for the best coffee in Uptown Charlotte. Waterbean has excellent customer service, a clean facility, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
