Dunkin' Donuts

I ordered a bagel and coffee. The coffee was old and tasted burned and the bagel was so tiny. Been to this one only the once and will not come back to this location. The food is a total rip off and not anything like the other Dunkin Donuts I have visited. Avoid this one and just go next door to Panera or around the corner to McDonald's

Can be crowded during commuting hours. Staff are pretty fast at fulfilling orders. Prices are higher than other locations in the DMV area

Place had no ac. Staff had sweat drip down their face. Couldn't eat relaxing, had to quickly eat, and bolt out of that place. It was super hot in there, and kids did not like it either.

Horrible and rude employee at the counter. Purchased donuts and coffee at this place, when I ask to use the restroom, a female employee said to: “can you read? there is a sign on the door? The bathroom is closed” When I asked to wash my hands or use some sanitizer, she said again: “Do you know how to read?” Bad experience at this place….

After placing a $8.00 order at this location by mistake in the app they refused to refund and cancel my order. I have made this mistake and have never had a problem. How are you charging for something I never received?

Hot chocolate and a donut, can't go wrong with Dunkin'. Quick service and hot drink for the cold whether.Food: 5/5

I'm so disappointed. Ordered a croissant sandwich and I get to work and the croissant was burnt and hard. Absolutely inedible. Had to toss, wasted my money. Won't be going back to this location.

Made a mobile order. Good Cappuccino for free. Will come back.

The wait at 10a.m. wasn’t too bad. It just smelled like an electrical fire in there. Service was fine

DD is usually pretty consistent with their coffee no matter the location...but not this one. I've been to this location twice and both times my coffee tasted stale. The lady who works there was always rude. The last time I was there, I waited for almost 10 mins I was the only one there btw. She couldn't figure out why the espresso machine wasn't working. Finally after almost 10 mins, she realized the espresso machine was out of coffee. She stuck and swung her bare hand around where the coffee beans are stored to "check" if it was empty or not. I cancelled my order and told her she shouldn't stick her hand down there she was wearing a mask on her chin, touching her face and other stuff the entire time. She scoffed at me and gave me the worst attitude and yelled out to her co-worker that "the customer cancelled the order because I StUCk My HaNd iN Da CoFfEEee".........pandemic or not this is pretty disgusting, the hygiene and her attitude. Never returning to this location ever again.
