Great customer services, they are fast at taking orders. However, they take a long time on making the food. Sometimes my head says "I think they forgot about your order" and I get desperate because a Bacon, Egg & Cheese shouldn't take around 15 - 20 minutes to make. I feel like removing the shelf that is in the middle and just add a customer rope crowd control. Wheelchair accessibility: To be honest, I don't think there is enough space for a person in a wheelchair to wait. Also, the doors are not wheelchair friendly, they don't open with a button.
If I had the option to not rate, I would. Customer service was dreadful in every way. The cashier was an extremely obnoxious woman who displayed an unnecessary attitude when taking orders. I wish she would correct this and in the future come across as welcoming to potential paying customers!
Incredibly rude staff Thamman and Saradha. I ordered a drink from the app and it had an error so I was charged twice. The location said an order had not come in, refused to make me a drink, refused to refund me when I showed the charges and my order from the app to this location, and refused to give me a manager to speak to when I was asking if they could help me in any way. I would have been happy with any remedy! They said I need to call to corporate and corporate would refund me. I now leave here having been charged for two drinks, with zero drinks, and zero refund. Could not have had a worse experience. Keep in mind- this was at 2:30 pm- not a rush. Staff stood around doing nothing.
This bathroom never gets cleaned properly. It's been days that it's been looking like this. The sink looks all messed up and nasty. The soap dispenser with dried soap resedu. The back of the toilet filthy and never cleaned. Under the hand dryer black spots and all. This is not a safe bathroom or some place where children and family can use. I had not once seen a nasty looking bathroom. Other dunkins have a cleaner bathroom and not this one.
They always have fresh donuts and a very clean store. I go to this Dunkin’ several times a day to get my coffee and donut fix.
Pathetic. One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve been to in a while. I go up to order a regular coffee with two cream and an order of hash browns and the guy looked at me like I was trying to order a flipping filet mignon. Then he simply just walked away. No joke. Three minutes later a competent lady comes up to take my order. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes and still no hash browns. I went up to inquire and they seemed to be confused and acted like they didn’t know what hash browns were. I was in the store with maybe five other people so not crowded at all. Ridiculous and unacceptable.
Usually they do good with online ordering, but not today! It was such a mess, ended up waiting for almost 15 minutes for a single medium coffee. A group of 5-6 men came behind me and got their coffee before me. It makes me wonder if it was because those men excitedly spoke the cashier's language.
Kudos to this dunks for keeping up with morning Kendall rush
Dunkin is always a good standby for breakfast. This location in the center of Cambridge was about a block from the Marriott where I was staying. Since the Marriott restaurant was closed, this presented a good, quick, inexpensive means of getting a reliably good breakfast. This small establishment had outdoor seating available a couple of tables, making it an even more attractive option. It was typically busy for a morning at DD when I visited. But they did a good job of processing the line of people. The biggest annoyance was communication through protective barriers and masks. Asking someone to have to repeat what they asked three times, like I had to do, is aggravating. Aside from cursing COVID, however, I experienced no other problems. My order of a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich and coffee came up quickly. The sandwich did the trick to satisfy my breakfast needs, and DD coffee is always a great idea to start the day. My bill came to $7.47 for the sandwich, coffee and tax. I have no complaints about the value. DD is always a good fallback for breakfast in my opinion.
They are not empathetic with those who do not speak English, especially the lady who is attending the box.
