Dunkin' Donuts

This place must be under new management or something. Honestly don't know what happened. This used to be my go-to spot if I wanted good coffee and great donuts. Not what I experience last night. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. Instead they gave me a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant but charge me for a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a everything bagel. And the donuts looked like they've been picked at. The donuts were also hard and dried . You would never believe the picture above was supposed to be a glazed donut. Granted this may have just been a night shift issue. But who knows..

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to in my life. Rudest nastiest manager and staff. I've been here several times over the past few years mostly because I have to and every time it's something. They consistently get orders wrong then when you politely ask to correct a mistake the manager immediately says "you didn't order that" and starts blaming you and calling you names. It feels like the customer service twilight zone. They do the opposite of every good customer service best practice. Normally I'm too busy to deal with them and drive away. But I've finally had it. They now have a practice of immediately throwing away and not giving customers receipts so they can later blame customers when there are missing items. Stay far away. I will walk the extra mile to go to a different Dunkin.

I ordered a small hit decaf tea with milk and sugar at 11:00 pm and it was quick service with a perfectly made tea as requested when usually at other such places it is never as fast or perfectly made so thank you Dunkin Donuts much appreciated.Food: 5/5

This is the best, most consistent dunks I have ever gone to. Service is quick, the staff is always nice, shout out to Marco for handing me my coffee every morning with a smile, and my coffee always tastes exactly how I ordered it!

I've drank dunks everyday for over 20 years. The coffee is now bad everywhere. The process and coffee they using is terrible. They need to go back to the old coffee and the old process or they will go under

Normally this place is pretty good at making my coffee. Tonight this kid was so rude. We ordered 2 ice coffees with liquid sugar, we leave and see it’s granulated sugar which sucks in ice coffee so we go back through and tell him we need liquid. This kid is all upset bc he has to remake the coffee he messed up, then when we try to give him the coffees he made wrong he goes “ no I can’t take that back” .??? Actually you can bc it’s not what I ordered.. throw them away in your store? He then tells me to go throw them away somewhere else. So you want me to carry 4 ice coffees to find a trash? lol or does he just not want to get caught on camera his manager seeing he messed up. Train your employees some common sense.

The staff is amazing and friendly! I Always buy breakfast here and I love it!! Good job guys

Very friendly staff. One of the only Dunkin’s where they don’t mess up your order constantly.
