The coffee is always good! The staff is very friendly!

They don’t know what they are doing. Always messes up orders. They can’t give suggestions or solve problems when you don’t get the stuff you tried to order online.

They won’t take food order just because in 30m they will be closing like what

No drive thru, so the staff makes up for it by taking orders quick and efficient. Very polite, and to be honest, I think it's faster than other dunkin drive thru stores..

Dont order mobile order here. B/c either you get wrong or delayed than the others who orders in the store. Customer services are sucks, & sometimes they yell at you, if you ask extra pack of sugar.

It is at the bottom of my street so it is a very convenient and all the employees are very nice and respectful.

There's always missing orders here, how do you forget egg and cheese from the sandwich bread?? Not to mention about 5 diffrent hashbrowns orders Missing in the past 2 weeks as well.

Floor was a mess. Someone spilled coffee and no one was cleaning. I offered to mop it up and they seemed upset at offer saying yeah, they already knew about it. Even my 11 year old Son walked out saying they should be embarrassed at how the place looked. Hope no one ended up slipping on it.

Great coffee here and the service is even better! The shop was extremely busy but they completed my order very fast with no mistakes. The store was very clean even though it was busy and everything was stocked straws, napkins, etc. Wish I lived closer to this location because I would come here all the time!
