Dunkin' Donuts

Much better atmosphere than the one over by my son's school. It's quieter. The workers are more laid back. Not slammed with obnoxious kids who couldn't care less about respect. So. I'll be going here. And it's across the street from my house. So there's the convenience of it being close by.Food: 3/5

If I could give no stars I would. I did a mobile order and drinks had no flavor. Called the store and manager Nicole said they were sitting there for a while when I placed it as I was down the road. She was very defensive saying she made the drinks and that she knows they was correct. Very unethical for a person who is called “manager”. Never argued with customer for some simple drinks that wasn’t done correctly. “Supposedly she argued to have added a lot of strawberry syrup in it”

Update: we returned to get two more. Cheese bagel donuts, they only used about a tablespoon this time I asked for extra, HARDLY any more. **See attach photo of a cream cheese bagel at DD in DOVER!** Ordered two cream cheese bagels... Cream cheese Barely coated the bagel!. Paid extra also for veggie cream cheese, got a spec of some green veg Bagel seemed stale and tough too, not toasted and soft. Waste of money! Now no breakfast! Would've gone back if not for fact we're on way to a conference!

Went in because I wanted to try the dunkings coffee. They had the kiosks which was very easy to navigate. I got my drink they made it fast and it was actually very good. I just changed the cream to skim. Parking: Very open lot good for truckers or on busy days to find a spot and get some quick breakfast!

Clerks could be a bit more friendly. The order was incorrect. The croissant was over cooked. Parking: Food was overcooked, the strawberry smoothie was more ice/watered down.

The local Dunkin on Ogletown road. I used to be a regular here, especially for the Chicken salad. I felt the quality deteriorate in between, but it is better now. It has good seating facilities and is easily accessible. Have a few other shops including a Rite Aid nearby.

There is never enough staff to help in the mornings but regardless of not being able to hire people. These people just move slow. I once waited 20 minutes for a donut and Ice coffee that I did through the mobile app! I also got charged twice by this location but they couldn’t find my ticket so I had to order again. Not a very welcoming atmosphere.

Dunkin near Christiana hospital. Ordered a latte on line. When I arrived to pickup, they had no espresso to make it with. Espresso is a short-order item ... maybe no one was trained to do it. In any event, they should have rejected my order if they couldn't provide it. As far as I can tell, they ended up charging me for a latte, but only providing a regular coffee.

Store #303331 was out of the donuts we ordered and gave us what they wanted without consulting us and then had an attitude when we questioned them. Needless to say, we got a refund. There should be no reason why we couldn't be told DD was out of the vanilla powder creme donut instead of giving us chocolate covered custard filled donuts. That was unacceptable! I'm glad I checked b4 we got home.

Always come here, love your drinks , I just don't understand why charge extra for almond , coconut, oak milk when I can't drink regular milk!!!!! Stop buying, and now I just get Black coffee...Service: 5/5
