To Management and Supervisors of this location please read. Upon a couple of my visits your location seem to lack... professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude 1. Professionalism, refers to the attitude you take towards your customers. Even when a customer is upset or behaving immaturely, it’s up to you to diffuse the situation, if possible, and do what you can to represent your brand in a positive light. 2. Patience, means remembering that every customer is different. Even though there are obviously some common “do”s and “don’t”s, each customer learns at a different pace and may respond to a common practice in a way you didn’t expect. Consequently, providing high-quality service means being creative and flexible. 3. People-first attitude, builds off of professionalism and patience. With this attitude in mind, your customer service strategy should reinforce the idea of human connection. In other words, exceptional service means remembering that, even though cash is changing hands, the money isn’t the most important part of the transaction. It’s the relationship you make with the customer. I already reached out to corporate office about the matter and received my refund for my online order. But, on a business level this should've never happened . Especially from a manager on duty. You've lost a valuable client.
Customer service great. I went yesterday an today ordered a peach passion refresher thingthey didn't have green tea so it was made with sweet tea an I like it. My sister ordered a hot chocolate she said today it tasted like a donut.May end up being a regularan by regular I mean when I have money regular.
It's good food but they but my food on the counter and just left it there did not call the oder number and someone else looked throw the bag I tiped $5 and they gave me issues when I asked for fresh foodFood: 5/5
They messed my order up and I had to return after arriving home to find out I had no sausage on my wake up wraps. Sprinkle in bad customer service on top as well. They replaced them. After arriving home for the second time this is what I came home toPics. Who can eat this? I was rushing back to work and didn't check which I should have because I would have asked for my money back. It's all good tho. I will never go here and I dont recommend anyone else.
I really enjoyed oii h their macchiato and donuts/bagels. I think they have the best, clean enviroment however the person at the counter was a bit rude the last time I was there.. I have had experiences with better and more friendly staff.
Twice in one day I ordered the same thing to have it not delivered after I paid for it. This dunkin Donuts already has rude employees to begin with. Never again will I order from this establishment.
Attitudes and energy is horrible very miserable! Especially 6:30AM no wants that from a person. Stop hiring no value people
The latte was its usual but this location is very busy and runs out of a large selection of their popular donuts before 4pm.
I guess in modern times anybody and everything goes in a customer service based business. I love coffee, and this Dunkin happens to be the closest and it is by far the worst I usually visit. Lack of staffing, no proper customer etiquette most of the time besides the one or two familiar faces. I just ordered a coffee on Mobile order at 6:51 for a location that is set to close at 8 pm. They closed a whole hour early, with my paid for coffee. The employees watched me knocked on the door and stared and laughed like it was a spectacle. I simply put up with this location for its convenience but as a customer service professional myself this unacceptable. I could go on and on about my experiences at this Dunkin.. but I’ll hold on to the rest. Clean house and get that store in shape.
Workers try their best. It’s a perfect storm of bad management understaffing them and some customers treating them poorly. Wait times vary depending upon time of day and how busy they are and how well staffed they are. Sometimes the main register to order is closed and so you have to go down to pickup to place the order. They do accept and acknowledge mobile orders and so that’s a good thing. I’ll still stop in because they’re nearby and donuts/beverages are consistent.
