Horrible drive-thru, the gentleman working there 11pm 11/05 took my order, I waited 10 min to pay while he was “chatting” with the person in front of me, when it was my turn to pay he asked: “ what did you order? Can you go around again?” NO! I wasted 15 minutes and didn’t get my order.

Very unsatisfied with the service im diabetic and more than a couple of times i ask for equal and they put sugar in my coffee and  got upset with me because there mistake ive been polite every time  but the same person who is making the mistake is very disrespectful towards me plus the wait time is like 20 min for a coffee smh

The location has so much congestion for drive thru and going into parking lot during rush hour. Many times I wait in line for 10-15 mins then leave.Food: 4/5

25 minutes to get two coffees made. Don’t make a mobile order at this location or you will be served last as they were only making drive thru or walk in even after I asked twice.

Absolutely horrible store, couldn’t place my order on the app! Go on store and machine wouldn’t scan my phone or give me my points for my order, than wouldn’t take my dunkin or my debit card! U wanna waste time, go here. Otherwise run as fast as u can to another location!

Cold Foam For cold brew is never kept refrigerated so it’s curdles every time I order this drink.

I had a $15 gift card which I decided to use, I bought a sourdough breakfast sandwich, large Strawberry coolata and hash Browns. I ended up spending $13 of the $15 gift card, wow Inflation, but the service was fast

Coffee keeps me up all night so I only drink decaf coffee. This is the 2nd time I asked to buy decaf and they served me regular coffee, now it’s almost 2am and I'm wide awake and can’t sleep. And still have to wake up 6am for work. It’s wrong to lie about things like these. Im here suffering with a headache yet can’t sleep because of Dunkin’ Donuts workers lies.  They could have said they don’t have decaf and i would go elsewhere.
