Dunkin' Donuts

The Dunkin app for whatever reason doesn't scan free coffees anymore with it's new system. The workers refuse to give me the coffee even though I literally activated my points right in front of him. Worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. WILL never return to this garbage location.

Try to avoid this place at any cost, worst hygiene

Rude old ladies that pick fights with the customers for NO REASON. Witnessed her yelling and accusing another young employee of something they never did. Everyone else was respectful and nice. Those old ladies though… yikes.

Had a really busy schedule but the service was really fast. Sima attended me for the order and she was very friendly, fast, clean, and accurate. I loved the service there. Definitely my favorite go-to place from now on. Highly recommend.

People around station are pretty dangerous. Staff is friendly

Sima does an amazing justice to this place. If it wasn't for her I would of ordered from the other donut shop in the station. Lines don't get long with Sima there. Also she takes care of the customers!

Slow, don’t listen and waste time. It’s a train station, everyone is rushing to get their trains, they need to be a bit more aware of this fact.

I purchased a hot chocolate there right before my train, they only filled the cup part of the way. When I called them to inform them they said they don’t sell hot chocolate.

Horrible service , they rang up the wrong drink , charged and then wanted me to pay again to make the correct drink. The customer service is really bad .

Worst dunkin ever. Placed order through the app but the machines were broken. Had to waste 15-20 minutes calling for a refund
