The service is ok. The new staff that is there needs more training. Specifically the lady that makes the food. This the second time my food is burnt.Food: 2/5
I seldom review chain restaurants, but this Dunkin is above average. I work in the connected buildings and go here very often. This is the only Dunkin I’ve been to that the dark roast is not burnt and the people who work here are friendly and personable. The staff knows how you like your coffee and they actually engage in conversations with their customers. Good work Dunkin @ Horizon BCBS
A good place and location to get your cup of coffee or breakfast items. The staff is always nice and has a pleasant demeanor and quick preparing the order.
Easy to orden to go. They're fast and helpful. Just you need be careful with homeless in the station, they are always asking for "quarters".
New staffs here are supercool and friendly. They are good at what they do.Food: 4/5
Worst dunking donuts ever . They are so slow in the morning . All the worker do is make your coffee without stiring it . DO NOT GO THERE . THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT
