The manager is the worst! I ordered a Turkey sausage sandwich and picked up and walked to park before realizing it was a bacon breakfast sandwich. I go back to let them know. Hey, you made a mistake please redo correct order. Any other sub par semi decent manager would say. Hey, I’m so sorry. We will correct this. No problem, things happen. BUT instead she did not apologize and sand what’s the difference. I told her we don’t eat pork. And she said, you k ow there’s pork in the Turkey sausage as well? I was floored, shocked and of course lost all respect for that nasty sad lady and excuse of a manager. Her staff on the other hand is so lovely ESPECIALLY when she is not there. So I no longer invest here. I also reached out to corporate and reported awful incident and demanded ingredients transparency and its there is pork in Turkey sausage that’s a law suit and if there’s not, how dare she lie! Sick and beyond awful!
Approached staff and manager nicely about a mistake I have done with my order. I work at a cafe and understand how tedious it could be remaking an order. I quote “I’m so so sorry I made a mistake and didn’t realize i forgot to ask for almond milk in my cappucino can you guys charge me the difference whenever you can, I’m so sorry” never have I had a problem at another DUNKIN DONUTS with getting charged a difference. Instead the manager I’m assuming, wanted to charge me for extra money. As a manager from a VERY COMPETITIVE store I see the tactics, you will not increase turnover because you chose to not charge me a difference. Returned drink that was bought and left it at that.
This place is one of the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts in Bayonne. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER COMING HERE. During the summer time it’s hot sl ! Then the employees do not care for nothing. My order is ALWAYS wrong when I order from here. When you try to complain they give you attitude, where is the owner to this DD ? Seriously, get a new staff. Rather see Gen Z behind the counter. Idc if you record my drink for Tiktok. As long as it’s good and correct.
25th Street Bayonne NJ Dunkin ~ I want to put my input on this specific Dunkin Me and my friends are regular customers at this place I do have to complain I am not fully satisfied with a few women that work here even the manager can't make a cup of coffee right They do not make orders right and they give others attitudes when they are told wrong They messed up 2 of my friends coffees and we tried to tell them but they wouldn't listen Also on the fact that one of my friends is allergic to cinnamon which they ignored the fact even when I say it to them before I hand the cash and finish the order I can't stress it enough it's the Women that work there that seems to have attitudes with everyone as we have noticed being there often I am sorry I have to complain the women and especially the manager that seem to give off bad vibes Not all of the women are bad it's just the few I've noticed I'll say no names And by the way it's nice to know you would put somebody at risk with an allergy Oh one more thing The guys are great we have no issues with them! They make better coffee than the woman I won't mention
Mary and her crew are the best! I get the sour dough breakfast sandwich 1 egg bacon cooked twice. Perfection. No other dunkin donut gets it right!!Food: 5/5
I have visited last week at 25 th street dunkin I have ordered egg and cheese sandwich but they gave me cream cheese instead of the cheese and egg when I asked them the order is not mine the marry manager was so rude and refused to give me and my family for service instead they refused to give me my money and my order so I read all the reviews her behavior is so disgusting with so many customers so owners of this Dunkin should take action against this manager she asked me I will not give you money back and also not give you your food back because you if you want your money back call the police and then I will give you money back I was shocked what is the management of this Dunkin so owner of this restaurant should take action about this.
I had to run here to get my clients some bagels. Parking in this area is terrible when you arrive. I walked in and there was one person in front of me. I got to the register and ordered with someone that seemed to be new. The bagels were about $16 with cream cheese. When they bought out the bagels they were warm and you can smell the freshness. No issues.
I was denied a refund for an order I DID NOT TOUCH by the manager, MARY. When asked why she stated, "I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES AFTER AN ORDER BEEN PURCHASED" which left me baffled. In the 10+ years of coming to Dunkin Donuts I never heard of such absurd policy. In fact, I never heard of a legal business that refused to refund a customer for unworn, unused, or UNEATEN items unless clearly displayed that all sales are final!
I will never visit this particular place again. This place have Poot management skills , and the quality of customer service is very poor. They never have the particular bakery item you order. I am disgusted by this place.
This is by far the worst Dunkin doughnuts that I have ever visited. They are very rude and unprofessional, and never seem to have the items you need. They are argumentative, and I will never go to this place again.
