If your say you open at 5:00am...then PLEASE OPEN AT 5:00am..was at the drive thru honking my horn..and finally pulled up to the drive thru window and someone is in there and opens the window to say they aren't open. You never know where people are driving from to get to you. That was a waste of time and gas smh!!!!! I had to be somewhere and wanted to place my order before going. Now crossing my fingers that I ride past another one in my travels!!
The WORST Managed Dunkin Ive Ever seen Anywhere - Dunkin, you midas well take your dunkin signs down, cause this place's management &/or franchise owner is losing you Massive Amounts of money, & disgrasing your name. It's staff picks & chooses when they're serving customers - even thought your hours of operation state one thing - it is hit or miss when customers are able to get food or coffee from this store. Uber eats & grubhub orders aren't filled, theyre drivers go there trying to pick up order just to be told that they dont have those items because they turned off the ovens or whatever several hrs prior to closing. Staff will tell customers that they're closed - when theres still hours left for the stores stated hours of operations - & theyre clearly all standing around in the store. Ive even put in a recommendation for the store owner to correct their store hours to reflect the store's ACTUAL store hours, but they just reconfirmed their fictitious store hours. But its pretty bad when you're trying to put in a uber eats or grubhub Dunkin order & you have to find another location to put your order into &/or take a HUGE risk on whether or not if the store will Actualy fill the order. This location management or staff wont even answer the stores phone. Its deplorable & some of the Worst business practices that I have EVER seen or got stuck dealing with from a Dunkin store. Its losing Dunkin money, but its Also Costing Dunkin's customers in wasting their time & gas money trying to utilize this location. Either get new management or Replace the franchise owner!!
I usually don't have a problem with this site but, lately, there have been issues with the drive thru in the mid-afternoon. Specifically, waiting to get my order taken because no one's at the window. Recently, it reached a point that I pulled around and went inside to get my order taken.
I really hate this Dunkin Donuts, simply because they’re under new management. Also because the staff takes so long to prepare the orders. Lastly, they need to update the hours of operation, I tried to stay in the drive through line until they opened which was 6minutes, they said I cannot I never heard anything like it.
Worse place ever!! They close register to countoneu at fricken 1pm!! and I told them I ordered through mobil app and it was paid for already and instead of giving me my order they CANT until registers are up!! WHY do uou need register?! It's been PAID FOR ALREADY!!! and I can't go anywhere else bc DD don't let you cancel your order!! Again... THE WORSE!!
They decide when they want to open the doors or do drive thru. It’s a shame because they have plenty of customers, but they lock the doors whenever they feel like it.
This Dunking Donut is the ghetto ish Dunkin Donuts I ever seen, they are rude, disrespectful to customers and nasty!!! The worse is customer service is triple 000 sad sad
It's very busy at this location between 7-8am, but the service is still very quick in the store. I haven't tried the drive thru service because the line is always ridiculously long in the morning, so I can't comment on how quick/slow that service is. Still, the staff is very friendly in the morning which is a nice way to start your day.
Very slow. Everyday takes 30min to order. Terrible customer service. Need a bunch of adjustments even when making the food for the customers. I do not recommend to eat here.
This is the worst place the worker is disrespect they don’t have discipline take a long time and badly treat even they don’t have a manager I never seen before like this customer treatment DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE
