Dunkin' Donuts

Worst coffee we’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Stopped off to pick up an on the go order while traveling. Doors were locked. We went through the drive thru. Seemed like only one person was staffing the store, but no customers were present anyway. Coffee wasn’t made. So we waited while he made it. It was so terrible. It tasted like it had been sitting there all day. We didn’t bother going back to ask that it be fixed. Wasted $$. Do yourself a favor and don’t stop here.

This is an awful Dunkin’. The staff were sitting around while people needed to be served. All the staff took up all the booths. There was a line five people deep to use the restroom and they just sat there and no one was moving. Do not stop here. Do anywhere else for coffee and or food.

Ordered from here via Door dash one day. I know this place is empty cause I drive by it a lot. But I wanted to give it a try. I ordered half a dozen and some donut holes. All I gotta say is if you want fresh donuts don’t go here. The ones I ate tasted spoiled or worse were just stale. In fact the jelly donut tasted like Cotton candy lol. Can’t speak about the service but food wise not again

Stopped on a Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and they were short on inventory, staff, and pleasantries. I went inside where 2 people were in line ahead of me but no employee was attending the counter; they all appeared to be working the drive-thru. Finally, after a couple minutes or so, I got someone’s attention, who eventually took all our orders. She was fast, stressed, loud , stern, and abrupt. There were only about 8 kinds of donuts left, including a lot of the seasonal pumpkin ones they’re pushing. Mine was tasteless, just an ordinary glazed, cake donut, with no flavor, colored orange. Don’t bother. DD is adding stores faster than it is able to manage them, a classic recipe for disaster for an otherwise successful company. This place is on track to fail. It’s the worst managed DD I’ve seen. Skip it, there’s another at every exit.

This is the worst DND I have ever been to. It took 20 minutes to get a barely toasted bagel with literally a teaspoon or less cream cheese on it. The aqua sage egg and cheese EM had burnt cheese and the muffin wasn’t toasted… how exactly does that happen? Not to mention their card reader wasn’t working so had to pay cash or wait even more time. Awful. Don’t go here.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and I order from Dunkin' Donuts all the time at another location in at the other location the croissant is always nice and fluffy and Flaky and very delicious when I stopped at this location it was totally different it tasted nothing like what I'm used to the bread is almost like it was frozen no flakiness no fluffiness smash down almost like it was heat up in a microwave and overcooked I was very very disappointed. Even down to my iced coffee it did not even taste like I'm normally used to it was just a really bad experience at this location

Service was fast, doughnuts were delicious. Got an ice butter cookie coffee, taste was good but was not a fan of the floaters cookies.

Went to dunkin to purchase 2 coffees and 1/2 dozen donuts around 9am. For some reason I didn’t have a good vibe from this place because I look near the dumpster by the drive thru and it was disgusting. Trash everywhere which turned my stomach. The coffee was ok, so really no complaints about that. But, the donuts were hard and stale. I didn’t realized it until I got all the way home. So I wasted $7. However, the young lady in the drive thru was nice when she handed my order.

Staff locks doors at 6:30pm rather than 7:00pm as listed on the door and website.

These people are clowns. They used to be the best Dunkin in the area and now they can’t manage to put together a few hot chocolates and a BLACK coffee while you’re in the drive through. I’m amazed by the inability to perform simple tasks. I didn’t ask for the Mona Lisa, and y’all couldn’t handle it.
