Dunkin' Donuts

Love Dunkin they have amazing coffee and have great customer service. We bought 3 of their $15 coffee cups so worth it when u get coffee daily and your refill is $1.94 the cups hold things cold for like 15 hrs and hot for 6+Food: 4/5

I asked for the signature Pumpkin spice blended and they asked me whether or not that was hot. I said no blended means you put ice in a blender and they asked whether or not it was black. I advise them that's a pumpkin spice signature latte blended and again they asked me whether or not it was hot and black. I said never mind. I'll go somewhere else and the man leaned out the window to scream at me that I don't know how to order a coffee and I don't know what it is I'm talking about. It's one of their signature drinks and I order it probably 11 times a week from different Dunkin' donuts, while it's in season. I have never experienced this.

I was handed the wrong coffee after they confused my order with the people who were behind me that didnt bother waiting. I went at 8pm on Saturday 11-12-2022. Will never go here or any Dunkin again.

Gets your coffee correct atleast 9 out of 10 times and for a dunkins this is almost unheard of statistics.

Waited at drive through speaker for 10 min. Finally pulled up to the window and beeped and the employee was just sitting there on his phone. There was a whole line of cars behind me too that didn't get served because this dude wants to play on his phone

Ordered 3 bacon egg and cheeses and they didn’t add bacon on any of them do not give these people money

They always screw up my order at every dunkins i go to.

Lately, on the go orders aren't even started 10min after ordering.

Litterally worse service ever. Workers and rude and dismissive. Walks past counter and looks at the customer but won't stop talking long enough to take their order.

Love them there! Hard working and always good attitude! Best coffee ever!
