Gloria Jeans Coffees

Overall I had really good service. The coffee was tad bitter but it had a great kick. I do not drink coffee very often. This is the place to stop in as you get tired of shopping in the endless new stores-at the Mall of NH! Price points are excellent here at Gloria Jeans. The place has a homey feel with friendly associates! A small ice coffee with almond milk was only Only $2.25! Use almond milk instead of processed sugary flavored sweeteners. or artery clogging creams!!

Try to understand that I paid 9 bucks for a small “mango” lemonade, that tasted like regular lemonade and they had a sign on the counter stating, “Please be patient, I’m working alone.” Which he only technically was, as the other guy behind the counter was just standing at the register watching him. The store POS was more concerned with calling ceramic custom mugs and it wasn’t clean, with dirty countertops. I probably won’t come back

I came in around 7:40 and I was ignored as an employee was washing dishes. I waited and looked at the menu for about 5 minutes until I said excuse me, are you open? The gentleman looked back up at me and said no. So I said well you could have at least told me that, as you seen me standing here for 5 minutes.

Horrible owner. Has a lawsuit filed on him and he lost. He doesn’t pay his workers and when they went on strike and when they did he just fired them without paying them. Food doesn’t have expiration date. Stay away from this place!Food: 1/5

Realllly slow. Customers who ordered after me got drinks before me. When i asked about our drinks, they were dismissive. I ordered a double espresso, I got a single shot. My partners latte cup was covered in milk and coffee grounds. No good.

Tried to charge me almost 8 dollars for an ice coffee. The coffee is meh but figured I'd suffer through it. If it were 4 bucks like everywhere else. Looked at a menu from 2 yrs ago online alt. Milk was .99 and ice coffee was 3.25. Not sure why it's gone almost double the price but no tnx

Great experience having tried their coffee line for the first time ever, even though I have been in the area for many years. I knew what I wanted in my drink, but I did not know what they would specifically call it but the staff was more than helpful concocting a perfect drink! It was delicious. I am glad I did not go with a large because the medium was almost 7.00. The establishment was clean and the staff was attentive. It was a reasonably hot day outside and even the mall's AC was not as good as in Gloria's. It was very pleasant to sit in a nice cold room on a hot day.

I order the same drink everytime I'm there . Med white chocolate chiller no caramel. I never leave the mall without going here first.

The batista had a heavy duty sneeze all over the counter and into his hand then immediately preceeded to make drinks. No wash or sanitize. I walked out without my drink or a word to them.

I frequent the Manchester store often. I love the drinks I’ve gotten but the service is what makes me want to stop going. The guys that work there are awesome but the girls are extremely rude. Larissa specifically is always rude. I’ve overheard her talking badly about myself and other customers just because she made my drink wrong. It’s unfortunate because it’s convenient but I definitely will avoid there if certain employees are working.
