Dunkin'

I don't enjoy the custom service. They get my order wrong almost every time or the put my donuts upside down and all the frosting comes off in the bag. Please fix this. I'm not happy about it

Just went and ordered my drink sugar-free and sure enough they used the regular sugar syrup. This is the second time they've done that. Not going back, not worth the risk.

One time I ordered something and I didn't get it until a person asked if I got my order. I hadn't gotten it yet so, they gave me a bunch of donuts. I mean I didn't want them but, they felt so bad that I waited 20 mins for my order so I excepted. I think I got a muffin too.

This store is always crowded. I sat in the drive through for 30mins. This is unacceptable and the management needs to take a look at the training provided or open an additional location in Ankeny. Also, the orders are consistently incorrect.

They have only messed up my order twice & are usually pretty quick when I go through the drive thru.

I have officially become a Dunkie Junkie! I love their coffee and donuts! And their app is super quick to order and earn points....towards a free drink!

Got in the drive thru line at 10:05 on saturday.. it's 10:55 and there's still a car in front of us to get their food. Never again. They have to fix this process...
