Everyone there is very professional courteous very comfortable to go there always friendly

As much as I loved the hot chocolate with oreo flavored syrup added the service was not so great. I wish the employee there was less rude and more polite to customers that come. Over all, products produced are done well and would come back to see if attitudes are different than my last visit.

Employees were nice. Bought a gift card and they had run out of envelopes for the card. Disappointing.

Order coffee, pay for coffee but don't actually get coffee. In a coffee shop. Pretty amazing actually!
