The staff are often very polite. They have been very speedy and follow requests to my orders. The store is also very clean and Covid friendly.

Always friendly and quick with your order . And they always have my hard to find favorite ice cream flavors! And you can now make as you see in the photo your own "creature creations" and if you like mermaids or unicorns and I guess monsters it's pretty cool!

The worst DD I’ve been in. Visited various times and when they don’t get the order right, it takes forever to get your order...if possible don’t visit this Harlem site

Staff was very rude and they have roaches

Orders are inaccurate a fair amount of the time. Had a frozen coffee recently that was awful. I’ll drink almost any coffee but couldn’t stomach this one. Snacking bacon, however, is delicious.
