The service is pretty good. Most of time I order via the app. However no milk shakes or frappes. And no breakfast. Once you move around the homeless you will be ok. Recommended dishesIced Latte, Chicken Mcnuggets
Google isn't telling me which location this is for, but the location I visit most is at W 125 St and St Nicholas Ave. Food and service is excellent, but they let homeless people hang around and and harass customers. Also seating is very limited and most is always taken by people just hanging out or eating food bought elsewhere. Most NYC fast food restaurants have a security guard, and this place doesn't.

The food is great, but the service is slow and terrible. After you pay for your Order, you are waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes sometimes longer just to receive your food. There are not enough employers working there.Food: 5/5
The first and second Big Mac was trash. The burgers was small.It seems like I was eating a double lettuce sandwich with big Mac sauce. Smh. From now on only nuggets. Can't mess that upFood: 1/5
The service is horrible, the wait time for you’re order is ridiculously long. The staff are rude not all the food taste old. I saw them give people the wrong order take the order back in place it with the other food, only to be served to another customer.
It tends to be pretty crowded on the weekdays. When I ordered for breakfast, I had to wait 40 minutes for my food and had no choice but to ask them where was my order for them to NOW hand it to me. The food tasted good even for all the other times I ordered but I hope you don't have to wait as long as I did for 2 egg mcmuffins. Please be careful ordering online, I heard it doesn't work effectively in this location.

Never have an actually usable bathroom for people to use. Usually just put a sign that the bathroom is under maintenance. Is it even legal that restaurants don’t have bathroom for customers?Recommended dishesFrench Fries
