I was waiting to someone that attended but nobody was there, I wasted my time !

Good I love this place

They never have any donut selection available and when you ask, they always have an attitude. This is a very poorly managed and poorly run location. If you wake in you have to ask 3-4 times before they gave you your order and it most of the time missing your order and workers has bad manner and attitude.

The croissants, sausage, egg and cheese are good, but customer service is so bad, the employees aren't well-trained enough, they can't confirm the order, sometimes they hear the wrong thing. They didn't even add sugar on one of my coffee when I said 2 coffee .

I mean it's a dunkin so the food doesn't necessarily stray too far. Terrible service, absurdly slow drive thru, and the workers don't really know how to work the mobile orders... a real inefficient experience
