This is easily a 5 star place. Great fresh food and drinks, great and speedy service, great menu selection, presentation and portions, appropriate price, and awesome niche. But i came here to have breakfast and sit on my laptop, and realized their seating area is closed only after placing my order, now i need to go somewhere else or back home.
Very welcoming and fast service! The chorizo breakfast burrito was a really big size and kept me full for hours. It also tasted delicious and flavors were great! Would definitely come back again
Every single time I order they will always mess up something, And they give you tiny sizes of salmon for the Nova Lox breakfast bagel. I am paying freaking over 10 dollars for a bagel with just cream cheese?? Where the smoked Salmon at??? Geez it’s a rip off!!
Food quality is 5/5. Team members are nice. Food sometimes takes long to come out when busy.
Used to live around this store 5 years ago and frequent it almost every weekend. One day, I decided I wanted an old favorite and picked up 2 Nova Lox bagel sandwiches. One was one their everything bagel, while the other was on poppy seed. I was pretty disappointed at the chewiness of the bagels, because they were hard to bite through. Worse though, I thought the salmon was rather gamey in flavor, which made me think it was a tad past its prime. They don't use as much salmon as before either, something I've noted from several of my favorite restaurants over the last 2 years. Fortunately, they didn't skimp on the capers, tomatoes and onions, and they did honor my request for a light application of cream cheese. Okay visit but doubt I'd go back to this store again.
i order almost everyday and i keep giving this store chances after chances and it’s disappointing every time im not sure if their not reading tickets or the bags every time i get a different sandwich then i order and sucks .. i don’t even write reviews but just shut the place down their barely open as is
To the owner of this location. You have to hire new people unless you’re going to lose this location. I spend $15 a day 5 days a week here which is roughly $3900 a year. Due to recent disregard and disrespect by your employees that want confrontation before confirmation, I will no longer be visiting your location. You can thank the young lady with the colorful dreads and older man with glasses for your lost of a loyal customer. When I said I won’t be returning they said they didn’t care, I wonder if you share their sentiment for your customers. I put up with their disrespectful nature too long, Hopefully other customers have a bette Experience.
We received excellent service from Patrick. He noticed a problem with our order and he and the team quickly rectified it. The restaurant is spotless and the team is quiet and efficient. We will definitely stop here again the next time we’re in the area.
Not even able to eat inside the place. The cashier was absolutely useless, not knowing how to use the register and not listening to our order. After we were told to leave, we were still missing a coffee, which he admitted to having completely forgot about doing it. Horrible place, horrible people, never coming again.
Very slow. I been in this store for 25ish mins and still haven't waiting to be served and the store barely have few customers.
