Dupont Circle

Have used Washington Deluxe several times. Buses are good (in terms of seats and overall quality) and clean. Travel from NYC to DC is usually within 5 hours, sometimes around 4 hours with low traffic. Travel from DC to NYC can be terrible traffic-wise (especially Friday evenings), sometimes over 6.5 hours. The trip from the DuPont Circle stop to the Union Station stop should be less than half an hour, but with traffic is usually 45 minutes. As a result, pickup from DuPont is on time, but from Union is late.

Awesome service. Clean buses, on time departure. It's cost effective. Will definitely use this bus service again.

If it has negative stars, I will definitely give. Definitely worst bus ride experience. Not only the bus looks filthy, the bus is also cold as F@k! You can see the dirt build up around the AC fan. I don't even want to think about what I have been breathing during the 4 hr ride. When many passengers complained that the bus is too cold, the driver said he likes it cold so he doesn't fall asleep...Seriously?!You turn the whole bus into a freezer so that you can keep awake when you are on your job? While I think safety is important and making the air slightly cooler is fine, making everyone sitting in a freezer for 4hrs so you can do what you're supposed to do is simply too unprofessional! Also, don't get fooled by their wifi advertising. It's so slow that you can barely use it for anything other than check your emails after it loads for 5 minutes.. Will never ride this bus again. The experience is simply too unpleasant for me to give it another chance.

Took the Bus from DC to New York and I had a nice experience. The Bus was on Time both times, the Bus was clean only the Wifi could have been worked better! Will ride it again this Week.

Decent service, clean buses, competitive pricing, friendly drivers. Sometimes they don't stop for food so make sure to pack your lunch/dinner/snacks etc.
