Money hungry company...this is the worst bus you can ride.. The employees have attitudes and lie. I was heading out the country and this bus breaks down in Delaware. Asked the driver what's going on cause I had a flight to catch in 5 hours he said another bus in 30 minutes. After waiting and listening to other passengers it was really 3 hours. I had to leave and find my own transportation to JFK and pay more money and still missed my flight and no refund from my flight. The driver should have had more communication with us you never know where people are headed. I rode the bus the weekend before and the driver was driving so fast and scary. Unprofessional bus service do not take them you will be sorry...and oh yea have your phone charged no outlets on most buses. Take mega bus,boltbus or greyhound. If I could give zero stars they knew that bus had problems before we left why risk it and give everyone attitudes csuse your bus broke down..They got to NYC at 11pm oppose to 7pm.

Please stay far away from this company as possible!!! My girlfriend and I missed our flight to Dubai due to the miscommunication with our driver. The bus broke down and instead of him telling us the truth about what was happening he chose not to. My birthday trip was ruin and lost over $1000 (flight ticket & Lyft prices) because of them!! They have good prices but cheaper is not always better! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUS STATION UNLESS YOU HAVE A 3-4 HOUR GAP!!!!!!!!!!

The bus was on time and clean. Our driver arrived early and even gave a woman extra time to get her meal. I am taking this bus back to NYC soon and I hope to have the same experience again. Happy mom and great trip. Btw wifi workrd the full way.

DO NOT TAKE THIS BUS NO MATTER WHAT. Literally the worst experience of my life. I wish I could give them zero stars. They act like they are doing you a favor and because their tickets are nonrefundable they do not care what you have to say. Spend the money extra 5 dollars with the other bus companies.

nice service and drive, good wifi and with new movies at your choice!! the driver is not that nice though, that is why i did not give 5 stars.
