Absolutely awful policies and poor customer services. The mobile site was not working well, and I didn't realize that my email would not suffice to link me to the account when purchasing. When I saw I was in C group after purchase I contacted them right away about the error. They were unwilling to help me out and move me to the A group. Wouldn't even allow me to just rebook the ticket to a different time so that the new ticket issued could be the right group. The customer service representative was very patronizing, which made the whole situation even more infuriating. You are much better off taking Washington Deluxe where you can cancel the ticket and apply the funds to rebook for a new fare or with Mega Bus where you can select upgraded seats while booking if available. Definitely not worth a cheaper fare to go here, pay $5 more to use a different bus company.

Wrong google location!!! Bolt bus station is right inside the Union Station!!! I was misled by this google map that I had to rebook my ticket for next train :(((
