Took the bus on my way back from Washington. The bus stop is accessible through the Washington Union Square station. Quality of the bus was pretty good with Wi-Fi and in seat charging points. The ride was pretty smooth.

Online booking was easy. Seats were comfortable and it was very punctual in leaving and reaching the destination at the assigned time.

Customer service is awful, had to change my bus due to emergency. Attendant at stand was trying to hurry me along and while counting me 2$ in nickles for my change. Would let me exchange my ticket i had to purchase a whole new ticket. Then when i called peter pan to get reimbursed for the ticket i had to buy, the rude representative told me “Well had you stood there and not run off she wouldve told you ...”. Needless to say i will NEVER use this busline again.

We were first at the bus line yesterday December 26, 2017 for the 7 AM Baltimore, New York trip. The Peter Pan Bus driver stated that he had only 31 places, and decided to start with families with kids. So people who were completely at the back with kids (some of whom were older children), got first priority to the available best spots. Some others just snicked in pretended to be part of a family (friendly waves) while we were stupidly watching as the lady from the company pretended scanning some tickets. We were very fortunate to get two spots as well as a few people behind us on the line; However, we felt very bad for the large number of people who never made it on that bus. It is discerning to think that our return bus would be full by the time we show up.We definitely will not use Peter Pan Bus lines and look for other alternatives to travel to New York next times.We still question ourselves, why did the company sell more tickets than it needed to?

It's used to be good but not anymore. My trip is from silver spring to NYC. Their silver spring stop used to be the same as greyhound which is located in 8100 Fenton, however they CHANGE IT and I didn't received any notification when I brought the ticket!!!
So I rushed to the new Peter Pan station and I actually arrived 15 mins before the bus departure however I still missed the bus because I couldn't find the stop. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN to give you direction. I even asked for people if they have any idea and no one knows!!!!
As a result I have to purchase another bus ride to NYC because Peter Pan do not do any refund/ credit.
