This is the absolute worst bus company I have ever dealt with. The bus is always late and never any reason why. When you call to find out where the bus is, everyone there give you an attitude. I'm sorry but I'm trusting you with my child and you can't even get your bus to the school on time! Don't get an attitude with me because you are messing with everyone's day. The bus is late, that means the kids are late to school, which means I'm late for work because I'm waiting for you to show up. Oh and not to mention the times my child tells me the bus driver makes the wrong turn or goes to the wrong school. This is the driver that has been on this route all year is making these mistakes. She told me this morning that the bus was stopped on train tracks! It's time to do an overhaul of this company and get some better drivers, better buses, and better people working the phones.

These people are aweful!! I have been calling for over a week and left over 3 messages just to have a child added to the pick up list, no one has answered or returned my call. So I selected option for dispatch and was transferred back to routing don't you know if these people are at work or not before you transfer. Just unbelievable service, they need to be fired immediately. I wish I could give them a negative score!!

Bus driver corner my daughter screaming at her. We've received no response and when the school requested video, Durham has been unable to provide it, conveniently.

I have called these people multiple times about issues with the bus picking up my children. There is a registered sex offender on our street so I need the bus to pick up my child closer to my house. I have two children catching two different buses in the morning and I can't see them both at the same time. I have left voicemails and no response!
