He is just a gentle soul that speaks with respect, calmness, willing to help and going beyond and above. I called in for my 1st oil change and Mathew attended to me. He did not only help with my oil change, but also went ahead to solve some outstanding orders that I have not yet received from the Kia store. He defiantly loves his job and loves to help people. Walked in on Saturday at 9:30 AM after making inquiry online the day before. Dealer already had car we had interest in pulled up ready for us to drive. Jay Rittenbaugh was very great to deal with, and made what is sometimes a boring process a little More enjoyable. Left dealership with two keys to brand new Kia, at 11:26am. Not even two hours. Dutch Miller staff were all friendly, pass you by with a smile and a nod. Alex was very pleasant, not aggressive, listened to what I was looking for and brought me 3 cars to test drive. Explained the features. The GM introduced himself and offered any assistance if needed. Once I made my pick we were escorted to one of the friendliest financial closer I ever did business with. I have to say that the superior I receive at Dutch Miller surpasses all my expectations. Dc and the sales team are probably the best in the business. I have been buying cars a long time but this team took very good care of me from the start to finish . Professional, Friendly most of all personal care i have never felt so comfortable. I purchased my Kia Stinger here back in 2018 and have been taking it here for service ever since. I live in Rock Hill, SC but make the trip just to get it serviced at Dutch Miller simply because they always take care of me. My service representative Ralph Condrey always informs me of what's needed and makes sure to explain what is urgent and what can be held off for later service. Top notch service! Thank You!

Alex helped us get a 2023 Sportage right before our trip. They’re on back order and we were afraid it wasn’t going to come in time but once it did we were in and out in an hour and a half. Our last experience at another dealership was horrible so this was a welcome change. We were in and out in an hour and a half. Definitely going to get our next car here.

5 star rating based not on something I'd do for fun but as hanging out in car dealerships this is a solid experience. Graydon was our sales guy and is a genuine and easy going human, he is very knowledgeable about various features and Kia in general. Management is fair and easy to do business with. As car shopping goes, this has been the least painful experience, I walked out of there feeling like I am happy with the purchase and fair for all parties.
