Super friendly service with absolutely ZERO guarantees and ZERO ability to diagnose a leak on a washer after 2 visits and $50 of parts. So unless you know exactly what needs to be done to your appliance or enjoy spending nearly $200 for absolutely nothing, I would avoid this place like the plague.

Patty and her crew are the best! They have the best pricing and they do whatever it takes to help you with your appliance needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Even if they are not close to where you live it’s worth the trip.

Affordable price with prompt service. The lady on the phone was helpful and I had a dryer that worked again within hours. The repair man, Nathan, fixed my problem and then offered to fix other problems that he found and I verified. He was great! When/if another household appliance has issues, I'll call E & M my local repair shop.
