Alarming lack of care for customers. Extremely long wait time on phone 50+ Minutes and a lackadaisical approach to problem solving. Its almost like they think the customer is doing them a favour by using their service.
Horrible customer service. Good luck getting a hold of a real person. Try calling the 1-800 number and you’ll be on hold forever and ever.
Kirk McCaw excellent customer service, advised step by how to make a specific options trade. Call 800# put on speaker phone until they pick up.
poor customer service. good luck talking to a customer representative by phone. If you are thinking of becoming a customer try call their 800 number first and see how long your wait is. Their margin rate is very high as well.
Bad costumer service we waited long time in the phone .
After reading other reviews I was not very comfortable to go visit the branch. But it was actually a very good experience. I brought some old paper certificates to deposit to my brokerage, it took around 3-4 to get assistance and around 10-15 minutes to complete forms. Pretty comfortable branch to visit in a convenient location.
