Oh my I'm praying for the woman at the front desk that whatever she is going thru stops . We need positive n compassion. She is definitely niether . I pray she heels so that she can do her job n like it give people a little bit of sympathy when they are not in great spirits n down .knowbody should be kicked while they are down We should lift each other up n comfort one another . We are all equals ! upp well some think they are better n they should be embarrassed to be in a office with costumers all day n be such a selfish no understanding b...... Wow u mite wanna rethink the rude lady n why u would have her as the face of your company That's not cool n hella sadning. n I'm not sure what to say !! Well I have never been so disrespected by a person's distance from the job they are trained n compensated to do ! n well if money baught manners ur hit n not the good hit . Like train reck ! and my advice , humbel yourself !! cuz we all reap what we sow. Attitude reflects leadership..

Horrible place of business! They try to hold your vehicle hostage even when you have the money to get out! They are not forthcoming with any info you'd need to obtain your vehicle!

Horribly unprofessional desk clerk who is inconsiderate of peoples conditions when they come to gather their belongings AFTER AN ACCIDENT! If people bring others, especially adults, to help if they are injured, you should let them! just too much!! You would think this bus would do something about this especially since there are many other complaints! The city needs to ban them from working the scene of accidents if they continue to treat their customers this way! Definitely would not recommend!

The lady at the front desk on the right was so rude. I was in a terrible accident and my truck was totaled. She was rude and impatient. She was really snappy and condescending. The gentleman that towed my car was nice. They have the worst customer service ever!! Don’t use this place just a headache at an already trying time!Service: Car towing

I was the victim in a hit and run, we got the car back to all city tow yard and the tow truck driver was nice let us grab all of our stuff and showed me what I am being charged, $260 for tow and $30 per day in storage. My car wasn't there but 4 hours I get in to pay and the lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful and demanded $415 after the tow truck driver showed me a $290 bill. Stay away from this place they will take advantage of you.

THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK ON THE RIGHT SIDE When you walk in. “All tow city” WAS SUPER RUDE HAD AN ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON. I asked her a simple question of how much was my tow fee, and she replied with “you can wait because you’re being impatient” when all I asked was how much was my fee. worst customer service I ever received. AND SHE ALSO THREW MY TITLE AT ME WHEN I POLITELY HANDED IT TO HER.Service: Car towing

Very rude not professional at all. Who takes someones money and not keep accurate records. Need to step up the game and keep copies of receipts. I'm sure the IRS would do a audit.

They took property out of my car and charged me way too much just to tow it in. If I wouldn't have been in such a stressed state of mind, I would have used my insurance company tow service to tow my car but they didn't give me time. I was rushed into an ambulance and not given time or the option to use my own tow company. Live and learn!
