I called because my son was in a ditch, they were there very quickly and worked diligently to get his car out of the ditch with very little damage, if any. I was in constant contact with them and they advised me of the price, etc... up front. They actually should have charged me more than what they did, however they were trying to be fair with me, which I appreciated very much. I will definitely use them in the future! My hero's!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company price gouges you and pushes you to tow using insurance so they can charge extra. $225 hookup fee, $150 special equipment fee which none was needed, I watched the tow truck driver drive my car onto the flatbed and then $5 a mile. They personally recommended a body shop which happened to be the furthest away body shop in town. They don't tell you the price, they send it in an email after services are done. Use Southland Tow. I had another vehicle towed this month and Southland only charged $165 for the same service. Do not use Hooker’s Towing.Service: Car towing

They quoted us the wrong price over the phone so when the guy showed up he was angry about it. My car had a back tire that wasn't moving and he was aware of this and proceeded to drag the fixed tire all the way to the shop. The shop was very angry about this as well. The person that showed up was rude and told us how sick he was and that he shouldn't have come to work today. I couldn't agree moren he shouldn't have worked that day.

Amazing amazing and fast service! We needed a special type of towing truck and they had plenty available and are one of the very few towing companies to have them. They arrived in record time and even with challenges, went above and beyond to perfectly remove our truck from a very low parking deck. I would not recommend using this company these are some before and after pictures of my old bike that they impounded for ipd a couple days ago as you can see it was a complete bike before they got ahold of it and nobody wants to own up to it instead there driver says ipd did it and vise versa

This company is a scam! They destroy peoples belongings in the process of towing buddy had a bike impounded that was perfect condition went to pick it up and it was best to hell. owner said He could pay 200$ instead of 300$ for the damages. Ridiculous business owner and shouldn’t even own a tow lot

Jason was extremely friendly and helpful. Broke down and Jason immediately responded and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and put my mind at ease. Will definitely call again if the need arises!
