No complaints! I was initially concerned about leaving them my car and keys after entering, but I ended up paying $16 for a few hours and got my car back quickly at the end of the night without any issues or scratches that I can see. This place worked out for us when most other lots were full on a Saturday night. I’d honestly go back again!

Skeptical about leaving my keys but I've used them for about two weeks now. I have no complaints, they retrieve my car quickly.

Worst company! I can’t even believe a parking company can be this run this poorly it feels illegal. I signed up for monthly parking for a steep $335 because I thought the convenience was worth it. I was very wrong. It takes at least 10 minutes for the attendant to find your car because they have no system. They even bring down the wrong cars some times! On top of that, they don’t even lock up your keys and then claim no liability if any thing happens I know because one time the attendant couldn’t find my car so I had to go up with him and there was a whole box of car keys wide open…. I planned to cancel to park elsewhere after the month ended but they automatically charged my account early for the next month. It took me 4 days and many annoying phone calls to get the money back. Now tonight I tried to get my car because I was told that I would have access until the 1st of the month because that’s what I paid for but I was denied access. I spoke with the night manager Abu who was unbelievably incompetent and could not comprehend that even though we cancelled our payment for NEXT MONTH that we still paid $335 to be able to park there for the month of September. On top of that he was so rude and yelled at us through the attendants phone even though in the end, we were in the right 100%. He ended up making us pay extra which we are going to be refunded by someone more competent at the company and had the audacity to ask why we came back after we cancelled… This company is so unprofessional to the point it feels like their business practices are illegal. Whatever you do, DO NOT park here. DO NOT give them any of your business.

With early bird special, have found this location to be pretty good. Staff friendly. They always crank my AC up so when I step it, it's cooled my car down a bit... Much appreciated in this heat wave. #tipfrequently

We went to the garage four times - three of four times it was unattended and we had to wait for someone. When we went downstairs to see our car, we saw that all the keys for the cars are kept in a box on the wall, but the box had its lock drilled and a second cheap lock was broken off, and the door for the key box wasn't even kept closed. Turns out they don't even bother to lock up keys anymore because they'd rather your car be broken into then watch the lot or pay to have their locked box fixed. Wouldn't use it again!

we had to stay in there area traveling to new york. we told them we would be here 3 days and they said its $69 with no in and out or you can get to your car before 5 am and sit in it till 9 am waiting for someone to get there to pay again. if you use E-Z park you are screwed.

It wasn't too bad but the public parking garage looks very shady. They park your car and keep the keys. I was worried about getting my car back but everything turned out fine. In the end it was 23 dollars for a few hours. Although it worked out I probably won't be going back.

My family parked here for our vacation when we came back to pay for our time there we wanted our receipt and the employee was very rude while all that we wanted was our receipt when he instantly started to blame us for the problem and said that everyone else got there receipt
