Excellent customer service! The two guys working during both my visits went above and beyond to help me. The lady I spoke to was also very nice and helpful. They definitely care about their customers being satisfied! I can see why the guys next door feel they have some competition. If they treat all their customers the way they did me though, they will all just come right next door. You all were very helpful and polite! Thank you! I will be back when I need your services for sure.
Great place , great prices, great service ...if you need a new or used tire this is the place ....even if you need rims ... Ask for Scott or Matt and tell them josh ward sent you
Bought my car from them. They said it had been a work vehicle for one of their employees. It was full of trash and the battery was junk. I bought it anyway but wish I wouldn’t have. I now know that it wasn’t maintained very well. Has a crack in the engine bad shocks and three of the brakes have seized. Normally I wouldn’t blame the dealers as much but like I said they drove it around for a long time before they sold it.
Do NOT go here! Bought a Jeep from Eakin Road Auto Sales and not even an hour after getting home it was overheating. The guy who sold it to me "promised" he'd fix it. Two weeks they had my Jeep and it was still overheating. I just spent almost $1300 getting it fixed and the guy who sold it to me blocked me after I picked up the title. Very Unprofessional and sad that they feel okay doing this to people.
I would recommend this place..the people are awesome..the owner is willing to work with you, help you out, and as long as your honest and let them know what's going on they are they're to work with you!! First car we bought there, still runs great and has been a daily driver car for going on 3 years!! Then we just purchased a truck in March, still runs great also a daily driving vehicle we use!! And we for sure would recommend buying/leasing from them!! I know for sure if or when we are needing another vehicle for us or our kids we will definitely be going with them!!
Took my car to Eakin Rd Auto Sales and Had Jimmy Barnhill work on my car and he did a great job. Had my car working in no time. He made sure I knew exactly what was going on what parts I needed how much it would cost and how long it would take. Fixed my car for a fraction of the cost of these other repair shops and did NOT take advantage of me for being a women. I would highly recommend. If you are looking for a honest person to fix your car and and not get stuck paying for things that are not made up just to pad their pockets come check them out.
If I could give this place negative I would. My boyfriend bought a truck from this place and paid cash in full. Well some months later the transmission goes out so we bring it in for them to fix it. $1,150 later and over a month it's still not finished. So now my boyfriend is literally under his truck right now as I type this review helping finish it. To say this place is bad is an understatement. You've been warned!!!
Extremely poor customer service my steering wheel wasn't turning so I took my car in, they did a diagnostic check it took them a week to do the job. I went to pick up my car and still couldn't turn the wheel we had to call the police three times just to get a refund this place does NOT care about you or your car. owner said he doesn't mind being sued he been sue three times and never lost Don't take your chances
They are crooks, and according to the attorney general my vehicle wasn't the only one that was illegally repossessed that this seems to be a common problem with Eakin Road Auto.if I could I would rate them a negative -10 I would! I've also had a family member's truck stolen from the unsecured lot while it was there to be worked on and wasn't even reported, the owner of the vehicle has to be the one to report it stolen and we made aware of the situation until 48 after after the fact. All while the owners didn't act like they cared whatsoever which they end up getting a $23,000 check out of the deal from the insurance company.... for the theft and for work that should have been completed however no work been done on the truck previous to it being stolen.******THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE*** for any vehicle's ""LOST OR STOLEN"" or towed off lot to be stripped & found in the bottoms off their property so I would highly recommend not going there to get anything fixed or purchasing anything from that lot I've had issues every time I've dealt with him and from what I'm seeing on here I'm not the only one!! ******WHEN THE POLICE FOUND THE TRUCK EVERYTHING FROM THE TAIL LIGHTS TO THE CUMMINGS MOTOR WAS STRIPPED, THEY EVEN TOOK THE VENT COVERS & CARPET***** apparently they had a vehicle that was being worked on Park directly in the front row right by the railroad tracks and a tow truck was able to back in hook up to it and just drive off with it in the night but their security system in cameras was too old and the picture of the tow truck was distorted so no license plate number nothing it was just conveniently parked right up front there and the fact that they got a nice fat check from the insurance company for completing a job that was never fixed and I believe they got more money because it was stolen from their property and didn't even apologize but there's a sign right there that says that they're not responsible for stolen items I just never dreamed it would be my vehicle
Purchased a 2000 Honda Accord from them in January 2015. To start off: DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR USED CARS! Found an ad listed on craigslist originally labeled as "For Sale by Owner". After texting the owner, we planned a day to meet. I arrived here, which is I found out was a dealership/mechanic. This should have been my first sign to not purchase my car here, but I was in a binding situation and needed a car within the week. I arrived at night and the car was parked in their lot. The people working knew I was coming, and started my paperwork. I waited a few minutes after they finished and someone told me they couldn't find the key, but it should turn up. I ended up waiting nearly an hour before they decided they could not find the key and I did not feel like waiting. I ended up looking at the interior, as the car was unlocked, but it was dark and snowy so I didn't spend much time looking. I left and they said they would call if they found the car key. Red flag #2. A few days go by and I continued my car search, but the folks at Eakin Road Automotive called to tell me they found the key. Great, I went back and when I arrived, the car was already started in front of the building. Red flag #3. I test drove the car, and it seemed alright. I ended up buying the car without having my mechanic look at it because I needed a car ASAP. Since then this car has been nothing but a nightmare. THE NEXT DAY AFTER TAKING THE CAR HOME, THE BATTERY DID NOT WORK! After numerous attempts and hundreds of dollars, I finally fixed it to be in driving condition. But since then I have sunk nearly $1500 into the car in one year! They sold me a car that was clearly in need of MAJOR repair with absolutely no warning. I've fixed the fuel pump twice, brake light switch, battery and spark plugs, which is less than half of the repairs I've done. By the end of its life, I was told it needed almost $7k of work, nearly 3 times what I paid for the car. It ended up in a junk yard a day later. Long story short: Do not spend your money here! Look for a dealership who will not scam you or sell you a trashed car that costs you almost as much as you bought it for in repairs! If I could give zero stars I would.
