East Coast Driving School

This company never scheduled me to complete my lesson. Called for at least 3 times but got not response. Only had one class, and paid it for 375 bucks or so. The instructor was also unprofessional. Would never recommend to my friends.

This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The driver arrived 1/2 hour late to pick up my child for her driver's test. "Traffic" was the excuse. The driver made my daughter very uncomfortable by making nasty comments about MY behavior (I complained about the tardiness). She said he was "mean and scary- I couldn't wait to get out of the car." THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Especially on my daughter's birthday. When the company finally (after 4 voice mail messages - they didn't answer the phones- AND a personal visit to the office) a woman named Janice called. She refused to let me talk. Instead, she yelled at me!!!!! I could not get a word in as she defended her company and driver -VERY LOUDLY. THIS COMPANY CARES NOTHING ABOUT IT'S CLIENTS- the adage that the client is always right is definitely not the code of East Coast.
