Amazing experience building our new Malibu boat. We set up an appointment and sat with the owner customizing out boat. I can't say enough about how informative and knowledgeable Dan was. I will absolutely be purchasing a custom boat every 4-5 years. Don't waste your time going anywhere else...go straight to East Coast Flight Craft and be done with it!

Have been dealing with the Meredith, NH dealership for years. Purchased two boats from them. Class act, great service and support. They get an A+ every time I call upon them for any needs.

Completely disappointed in my experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Yamaha jet boat with only one previous owner and a very low 75 hours on the engine. I was told that before delivery the boat would be cleaned and I guess I assumed that they would at least run the engine to make sure it was performing correctly. When I showed up to pick up the boat I was surprised to see it had never been cleaned, they couldn't tell me the last time it had been serviced and in fact, they never even took the cover off of the boat before they claimed it was ready for delivery. Being extremely excited to get my new boat in the water I took it home regardless. Once I launched the boat I was immediately concerned with power issues and a terrible knocking sound that was coming from the engine. I called East Coast Flightcraft and they told me I would have to bring the boat back to them so they could diagnose the issue. They had the boat for a week and only after I called them to get a status update they mentioned that it was going in for service the next day. I got a call from them two days later stating that the issue was "bad gas" and that they ran a fuel cleaner through it which took care of the power issues. They also told me that the knocking sounds I was hearing was "normal for a jet boat". I had asked them to clean the boat for me considering it was never done before, to which their response was "of course, we'll definitely clean it for you". Needless to say when I came back to pick the boat up they had never cleaned it and had forgot completely that they said they would. I drove the boat for the next couple of weeks trying to convince myself that everything was running ok and that the knocking sound was normal only to have the engine completely fail on me to the point I couldn't drive it. I reached out to East Coast Flightcraft and they so very conveniently respond by saying the boat only had a 30 day warranty and that there is nothing they can do for me. When I replied back and asked why the issues weren't corrected the first time I brought it back to them I got no response. Thankfully I found a dealership in Central Falls, RI that was able to help me out, fix the issues and have the boat back to me the same day. The engine had a dead cylinder in it which was causing the horrible knocking sound I had mentioned to East Coast Flightcraft and the boat had also never been in for servicing since originally purchased so it needed new spark plugs and some minor tweaks which helped with the power issues I had mentioned to ECF. It's safe to say that I will never bring my business back to ECF and would never recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used boat. They most certainly do not have their customers best interest at heart.
