Love this place. Knowledgeable staff! These guys helped my family out in a big way. Was vacationing and our boat broke! They got us going in 24 hours! Highly recommend to everyone 👍👍👍

I bought over 20 boats over the years from Russo Marine and every purchase and delivery was exceptional. The service and quick response to anything I needed was always friendly and professional . To purchase your boat anywhere else other than Russo Marine would be a mistake. My dad bought his first boat there in the 1950s before I was born and that started years of enjoyment for our boating years. All the Best to Russo Marine and their crew. Larry Scaglione

Russo Marine is a cool boat 'store', with even cooler boats. I recently bought a reasonably priced 2008 Boston Whaler in great shape. Then things fell apart. I begin with the inept salesman. He was obviously new, and trying his hardest to pretend he wasn't. Suffice it to say, at the end of numerous attempts at the necessary paperwork, and three hours of my time, the documents were incorrect. The untrained salesman gave us a price, I filled out my only check with this amount, which turned out to be incorrect, so I had to travel back the following day. Without going into details, he promised a number of free extra services. I found out from another worker, on another day I had to return to correct registration paperwork, that these promises were empty. We still haven't taken possession of the boat, so maybe there'll be more (good) stuff to post.

I purchased my first boat from Russo Marine (now MarineMax) in the fall of 2015. The sales team was low pressure, the service was excellent and the boat was a joy; a 2015 Montauk 150 with a 60hp 4/stroke Merc. The service department took their time explaining how to run this boat (as I mentioned, this was my first). My wife and I felt safe and it handled like they said it would. We returned in the summer of 2016 and turned in our previous boat for an upgrade. They put us in a 2016 Sailfish, painted ice blue, 150 hp 4/stroke Merc, full touring package, and recreational seating all around. This one was a bit larger and primed for offshore fishing. The sales guys (Dave and Mike) were excellent and treated us with respect. The service department (headed by Mike) was also excellent. Treated us like gold. This is so important to a new customer. Boating is a whole new world, one with a steep learning curve for those interested in pursuing the details. We have truly felt like Russo (MarineMax) has been and is there for us when we have had questions. Oftentimes in any business relationship there are hurdles. The measure of a good company versus an average company is how hurdles are handled. I trust Russo of Danvers, Ma. (MarineMax) with my business. They are solid men and women who stand by their product and work very hard at producing excellent service. Great experience, and we will be back for the next upgrade, if I can convince my wife that is.
