We ordered the malted pancakes, house cured salmon, asparagus frittata, and avocado toast, ranked in order of favorites. Will definitely order the malted pancakes when we come back for its perfect fluffiness and delicious pairing with the orange mascarpone on top. The citrus cured salmon was also unique, and particularly liked it with a dash of salt added to bring out all the flavors. The blueberry compote was also a standout for its flavor and not overly sweetness, and that says a lot from someone who does not normally like compote. Recommend their delicious coffee, and if you’re looking to try something different, get the espresso tonic for an interesting mix of flavors.
Set at the Eatery at East One coffee roasters and loved it. Their avocado toast with salmon and poached egg was very good. Also their burger was really incredibly juicy. I didn’t like the maple sage latte so next time I’ll avoid it. Service was super nice.
Going the extra mile trying new ingredients on classic brunch meals. I was hesitant to order this dish since it mentioned it had pickled asparagus not a bit fan of asparagus or anything pickled! and the mix was just amazing. Good service and amazing flat white. I’ll definitely come back for more!
Bland cappuccino. Serve lukewarm in a plain paper cup. Nice.relaxing outdoor space by Court n Carroll.Barista was a bit rude when I called to complained about my cappuccinno. He just hung up on me just like that and did not.even offer to make up.Poor customer service. I would stick to my regular hangout like Vineapple & Joe's in BH. Not.coming.back here unless to drink tea.Otherwise it's a good neighborhood cafe for.locals.
I love their decor and wanted to try their coffee for a while. Interior and exterior are both very cute. They seem to have the cutest brunch area as well. I only ordered a oatmilk cappuccino here so can’t speak for anything else. The cappuccino was okay - I didn’t like the after taste. My friends in the area did not love their coffee as well. The small oat cappuccino was $5.17. Their bakery smelled really good but I didn’t try it.
Love their outdoor seating! Great coffees. However food is subpar for the prices.
First time visit and the service and food is good. Reasonable price and not bad for brunch. Will return next time.
This review is for the pancake only. It's good. Is it worth $16 ish with tax included? I don't think so. It's two fluffy stacks with some blueberries, syrup, and butter. With that price I'd rather go to a dedicated pancake restaurant.
This is one of the most wonderful places to have brunch in the neighborhood. I highly recommend the cappuccino, carnitas hash, mac n cheese or the salmon on toast. Every item my family and I have tried has been high quality. The staff are attentive and the room is beautifully lit with natural light. Simply wonderful.
Service was nice, but not the fastest. The restaurant is in the back of the coffee shop, which transforms the experience from your typicall coffee shop to busy Sunday brunch. My order of avocado toast and chicken sausage was delicious and well portioned. The coffee was also well made, and tasted great. My partner's order was a bit off, she asked for oat milk and got almond milk and her breakfast board was as picturesque as it was underwhelming. Overall it was a bit mixed, but a solid breakfast spot in Brooklyn if you're looking for a decent brunch!
