My daughter is in dire need of legal help but called on Tuesday 41 times and never got through to anyone -  and 2 days later has received no return phone call.  So much for affordable legal help - called again  6 days later- was told nothing they could do on short notice - person on phone was snotty and very condesending.   When someone needs assistance this was not the attitude we needed.

The lady on the phone was very respectful and honest. She wasn't very knowledgeable but I don't blame her for that. Unfortunately no one tried to even help get my simple question answered.
