Eastover Ridge Apartments

My experience so far with Eastover Ridge has been fantastic! Jennifer in the leasing office is very kind, communicative, and eager to help. I just moved in and had some maintenance requests, they have been processed and are already being fixed! They are so quick to respond and genuinely care. I am very happy to be living here!

Leasing staff is great to work with and professional. The main office is very neat and well put together. The spacing and layout of the floor plans is excellent! Plenty of space.

Can’t wait to leave this place first time for me living on my own. Ran into couple problems. And leasing office Continuously Harass me for rent. Payed full 3 months rent. And got filed again on the next month. Just don’t get it. They ask to communicate everything. Which I did.

Overall I have loved living here. There are always going to be hiccups in renting and move ins, but great location, friendly staff, and my fav so far in Charlotte.

Hands down the friendliest and most welcoming experience I’ve had with any leasing office. Jennifer Santos went above and beyond throughout my entire move in process and was so welcoming. She made me feel at home from the moment I walked into the office. She was so easy to work with and helped me find the best floor plan for my specific needs. It was always easy to get ahold of the leasing staff whenever had a question. 10/10 experience! Units were spacious, well laid out, the community is very well taken care of & I especially loved all the foliage around the property. Highly recommend Eastover Ridge! I don’t leave reviews often but this one is well deserved! Thank you again!

I love living here! The dog park here is amazing and very big. The staff in the office is very friendly.

Eastover Ridge is the best apartment complex I have lived at. From the onsite maintenance team, to Jennifer and Abner in the front office, to the greenway access, all of it is impressive. Parking situation is easy. I feel super safe. The amenities are of high quality and kept up with. Great location. 10 minutes or less from Uptown, NODA, Southend, and Midtown. Would recommend this complex to anyone.

I have lived at Eastover Ridge for the past year and half and love it here. It is very close to the city, walking distance to parks and breweries and connected to the greenway for walking, biking and any outdoor activities. They have 2 pools which are really nice and I have never had any problems with noise or neighbors. My 1 bedroom unit is also very spacious and being on the 3rd floor I can see the tops of the city buildings at night on my balcony. I would recommend this community to anyone moving around here. It is the BEST price for the location, safe and so close to everything!

I have lived in Eastover Ridge since January 2010 and could not be happier with my home! I am in a one-bedroom with built-in bookcases - the layout is perfect for me. My experience has been that the neighborhood is very quiet and the people friendly. The office management and staff are very helpful. The few times I have called with a maintenance request, it has been promptly resolved. Location, location,location! I hope to call this my home for years to come! February 2017 update: I still live in my wonderful home and have just helped my mother move into a two-bedroom unit. She has just moved to Charlotte and knows that if I am happy enough to stay somewhere 7 years, it must be a special place. December 2019 update: Happy to say I've just renewed my lease for another 14 months and continue to be thrilled to call Eastover Ridge my home!
