There's no where to park without getting towed even if you have a visitor sticker and it's $350 to get your car back. The office staff is so rude they tell you if you don't like it, go live somewhere else. I would not recommend living here or visiting here. Terrible customer service. Thumbs down.

Do yourself a favor and never think to live in this trashy place. Bad customer service bad management and the maintenance ppl are the worst.

Last year living here every year I renewed it went up alot , like if it wasn't bad enough having Trump as president, right here there not going to allow grills anymore only 2 cars for apartments and visitors need a sticker there's a 40 charge for paying online for making it easier to pay they don't have a door at office where you can drop off money order and maintenance sucks last year it took them 15 days to fix ac meanwhile townhome apartments was 85 degrees inside they kept trying to see if they could fix it until they ordered new one this place needs to be looked at by the city and be investigated because of poor service, no street lights and no parking cameras had to install my own cameras for front house and back parking lot

Is it legal to add 95$ on your rent when renewing, without any upgrade in the apartment? they put 75$ on the rent when we renewed last year Need more informations about that please. Thank you

My friends live here. Their apartment is huge, rent is a decent amount, can always find parking.

Great place to live and very calm neighborhood, town homes have lots of space and storage!

Its been a great place to live since new management took over.....hope it stays like that!
