These bagels are excellent! And the various cream cheese options are great! I tried these at a baby shower and went the next day to travel home with some. Try one of each like we did and pick up a bag of Dog treat bagels for your fur baby. The garlic and chive cream cheese is amazing! They will be happy as well. Parking: It’s located behind the building.
There’s nowhere else I’d think to go to get fresh bagels other than Eastside Bagel! I used to stop in all the time when I worked in Harper Woods and still make it a point for a Saturday morning breakfast run! They have SO many delicious flavors, you seriously can’t go wrong but best to get there early as it can get very busy! The staff is friendly and serves quickly while preparing everything fresh. I absolutely love their breakfast bagel sandwiches- pictured is the Bacon, Egg White & Cheese Bagel with Swiss on a spinach Asiago bagel… SO delicious On my last visit they were offering a free bagel with cream cheese to educators for back-to-school so I tried the cinnamon sugar- toasted with regular cream cheese. A sweet, creamy delight! The only thing I didn’t love was the cinnamon roll. If you like straight cream cheese, you will like this. The dough wasn’t that soft and the ‘frosting’ had a goo-like consistency which didn’t melt like icing when I put it in the microwave, but it’s a bagel place. I’ll forever be a fan of their fantastic bagels
Smiled and said hello to workers who just stared at me and did not return any pleasantries. Ordered an egg and cheese bagel sandwich and the eggs were so soupy and undercooked I had to return because I couldn't imagine trying to eat this. I felt racially profiled as when other guests who didn't look like me came in they were greeted warmly but I was not.
Still not sure why it took me so long to try this place because it's was delicious. I really enjoyed the antipasto sandwich I got it on the feta cheese bagel. I also got a slat stick for later on in the day. This place was very busy when I got there but it moved quickly. Parking is in the back of the building. They did have a few seats available inside and outside. Highly recommend if you're in the area looking for a good breakfast, brunch or lunch...... Delicious one of my new favorite places in the area!

My daughter lives in Detroit and she loves this place and was so excited to take me on Mother's Day weekend! The Bagel sandwich was so awesome! I only ate half, and ate the other half the next day it was equally delicious! Friendly awesome staffFood: 5/5
This is a regular spot in our rotation. The bagels are really good and the strawberry cream cheese is a must-have for the sweeter bagels like blueberry or sugar. The sandwiches are great too. Lately I’ve been getting a salted rosemary bagel with cream cheese, cucumber, tomato and onion on it, and it’s always awesome. I recently got into trying their soup, but not sure if I can recommend it yet because it seems a little hit or miss - stuffed green pepper was delicious, chicken and dumpling seemed borderline inedible because it was weirdly bitter. That may have just been a one off though, I’ll definitely keep trying.
First time in, met a friend there. Absolutely the best cinnamon roll and bagel, I have ever had plus the amazing cream cheese. 11/10 !! Will be recommending and will be coming back! Thanks Eastside Bagel!! Great Job!!! Kid-friendliness: They are welcome !!
1st time in and very impressed. Had my favorite bagel flavors and a good selection of flavored cream cheeses. Staff was friendly and dining area was nice and clean. Will definitely be back!Food: 5/5
We came in and got in a long line behind about a dozen people and gradually worked our way towards the front. Luckily there's a menu to look at while you're waiting which is nice. Once you get to the front somebody will take your order and just so you know that same person will bring your order to you, after a while. While you're waiting you pay, honor system I guess, guy just asks what you ordered and you tell him. Then you wait, in a crowd, we didn't know how this worked so after a bit I asked the guy at the cash register and he said that he will remember us.. Eventually the same guy that took our order came out with a bag of our food and brought it to us at our table. While we waited we were able to grab a booth which was cool, always like to eat my food when it's the freshest. So the sandwiches were delicious except one was miniature, not sure why but felt kind of ripped off for a $9 or $10 sandwich it was tiny, can see in the photo. They came with bagel crisps and a pickle which was nice except the bagel crisps definitely need some cream cheese so it's sort of like an upsell. Unsold bagels turned into crisps that causes people to buy cream cheese, which is exactly what we did, got back in line for cream cheese. The garlic cream cheese was delicious also. Oh yeah the avocado on the one sandwich was pretty rock hard. Weird thing, the owner was talking to a taller gentleman who tried hittin on a girl that was there waiting and she did not like it, awwwwkward...
