When did we normalize that 2 eggs with cheese and bacon and a small order of home-fries literally one potato cut up - become $20 with an iced coffee. The lady behind the counter that took my money agreed that it's expensive and she can't make sense of it either. So why is this normal? Anywhere else in the city no more than $10, yet these people have it double. Horribly overpriced! Greed will be their downfall.
The. BEST. Black & white cookie in the City. Perfect thickness, perfect texture, perfect frosting. I won’t eat any other B&W cookie. And the people are lovely- friendly and kind.
Line is super long. Like, this is the fast food of Manhattan. I reccomend pickup orders instead of waiting in line. Be sure to order at least 30 min to an hour before pickup. But by God, the salads are fresh and amazing. The home fries are t h i c c and the sauces are full of flavor. Definetly would reccomend, 25 dollars for a whole day's worth of food.
The people that work there are very nice and The BLT on a bagel is very good
I just had a scary experience here. I ordered 2 tofu cream cheese bagels and the sandwich artist made one with regular cream cheese by accident. When I brought it up I was told to fu** off! And then threatened with physical violence! Check the cameras, I will be writing a letter to head office. UnAcCePtAbLe!!!
This place is amazing. They have all what you want in a bagel. They have different kind of bagels, spreads, proteins, coffee is really good. The price is reaaally good and service is quick and gentle.
You’ll know you’re at the right place because there’s always a line out the front door. Highly recommend!

Bagels are OK • Bakery is below average and pricey. : Blueberry muffin had no blueberries
I live nearby and the location is very convenient especially if you need to grab your breakfast before taking Q train. Gentlemen who prepare your orders are great, they give you fast and good service! But the counter person always gives an attitude. A young lady cashier once told me that she doesn’t serve pastry and if I need to get a muffin muffins are literally behind her back on the display, I need to ask kitchen guys so they can put it to a bag.. what kind of service is this? No one even was behind me in the line. So if you don’t want any attitude or mistakes in your check, go to 86 street location, this is what I will do in the future..
