Eat Fit Go Aksarben

Cannot say enough amazing things about this place. Not only is the food delicious and healthy, the staff is incredibly kind and accomodating. I recently had knee surgery and was trying to figure out how to have the meals delivered. One of the female workers, whose name I unfortunately did not get, spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me decide on meals and place my order, ensured I received the appropriate discount and signed up for their free rewards, packaged my entire very large order, and to top it off, hand-delivered it to my car door where I parked down the street. I am so impressed and humbled by the customer service, the quality of the meals, and the affordable cost. I will absolutely be a frequent customer and am excited to try more of their delicious meals. Thank you Eat Fit Go! Edit: They now offer vacuum-packed meals that last up to a week. Great for busy people who are trying to stay healthy

I'm so excited that this location is open! I just stopped in this morning to stock up for the next few days. Everyone was extremely nice, and I can't wait to try the Smart Chicken Fried Rice! Having such a busy schedule I found myself not cooking the right meals and now I've found a solution! 16lbs down since changing the way I eat! Those of us who haven't mastered the art of cooking right are so lucky to have EatFitGo!

My roommate and I went in for the first time the other day. The two gals who helped us were friendly and helpful. They told us about their 'perfect week' and we decided to try it out. I then mentioned that I had received a coupon for 20% off my purchase, at this point Jeff, the manager at the store, told me that the coupon was not valid for the 'perfect week'. I pointed out that according to the fine print on the coupon there was no reason it shouldn't be valid. He was somewhat rude and unsympathetic, stating, "I don't know what to tell you." and "That's just how it is." I asked him why and all he said was that he just couldn't do it because the 'perfect week' was already a great deal. We were two brand new customers, about to spend over $260 that day, plus repeated business, and he couldn't care less. He let us walk out of the store without purchasing anything. not caring at all. I did the math and found that I will be able to save more using the coupon to buy individual meals anyway so I'm not so upset now. But that fact that he cared so little about two potential customers really turned me off. Rest assured I will be visiting their other locations as much as possible. **EDIT** Jen, the COO of Eat Fit Go contacted me in response to an email I sent the company regarding this incident. Jen was professional, understanding, and went above and beyond to change my attitude toward Eat Fit Go. Review changed from 1 star to 4 stars.

I placed an online order, was charged for and sent a confirmation of it. When I arrived in store, the young girl working was more concerned with her phone than addressing the issue of their online system being down. She kept repeating it’s been down for a while and they get a lot of complaints as I tried to scramble to pick out the same food from my online order. Even though I’d paid $83 for the online order, I was charged again and told to email the manager. Sara, the local manager, did get back to me promptly. Just to say she knew the online ordering was down in the region and that they couldn’t refund the total amount of my online order, despite proving it had been taken out of my account in addition to what I paid in store. The food is convenient but doesn’t make up for its mediocrity or their terrible customer service. The manager had the audacity to say I should’ve grabbed more food to make up for the difference in what I’d already been charged for. Maybe she should pass that same message along to her employees so that could’ve happened when I was in store instead of trying to debate with a customer you’ve overcharged and under refunded ‍

These are premade meals and packaged off-site. The meals are pretty good but require a microwave. I would prefer stove top heating. I tried the steak fajita bowl and it was good not great.

Solid place for grab and go healthy options, very awesome they now deliver within Aksarben! Everyone who works here is very nice and helpful. The Angry Bird snack tacos are a big hit. If you eat from here regularly you may find it would be nice to have more turn over in the options. The protein is usually where all the seasoning is, sometimes this makes sides seem bland.

Food was amazing, decently priced and great options. I visited from out of town and was excited to get to try it since it was down the street from my hotel! I bought dinner for that night, breakfast for in the morning and lunch the next day. Definitely recommend!

Eat for lunch most of the work week to get my work done and out of the office earlier. I find them filling and delicious. Favorite is the Salmon Alfredo followed by the Fajita Steak Bowl.

I live this place. The meals all taste great and they're packaged well. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in helping you make selections of picking one of the meal-plans they offer. Great place place to check out.

We stopped in to check it out- seems over priced and microwaving is a poor option. Asked the kid if the dinners could be cooked in an oven he said - awh yeah I guess. throw it in for 5-10 minutes. Odvious the kid has never cook a thing. It is a program built for people who are wealthy and have no clue how to cook! Not impressed will not be back!
