Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

Excellent ice cream, fresh toppings, super kind & helpful staff. But I have to say, the place is absolutely filthy. We visit a few times a month and each time we go, it’s so dirty. Bathrooms are nasty, floor has old candy and ice cream on it. It needs a good deep clean.

I was charged twice for the same cup of yogurt, which is an honest mistake. But the two high school kids working had no way to reverse the charge or fix it, so I was left with the task of contacting the manager on my own. It's now more than a month later and after leaving my contact info with the staff multiple times nobody has ever called me back. My only recourse is to file a dispute with my credit card company. Also: The credit card charge itself has an incorrect phone number and only says "Store". I almost disputed that before I finally figured out it came from Orange Leaf and I'm sure they get a lot of chargebacks because of that. Amateur hour.

Customer service is lacking. There was a big ice cream mess, as well. No one cleaned that up while we were there. Felt very rushed and I was told I was “good to go” so I would walk away with my cash in my hand and my wallet open. My family of 8 won’t be back. My kids didn’t get to pick all the toppings they wanted :/

Opening Manager was amazing! I didn’t catch his name, was incredibly helpful, and a pleasure to be around! Made some great flavor recommendations, and made my experience wonderful! Store was very clean, and the prices were fair! 10/10

There was a plethora of flavors, yet I sadly could not get what I wanted because two of the nozzles that dispense the frozen yogurt delicacy did not work. I was befuddled, because this has never happened before. But, overall, the toppings are wonderful and the taste is exquisite. I would still recommend going there.

The place is dirty because the employees working are so eager to leave for the night they can barely serve customers let alone clean. My family and I came in 10 minutes before closing. The two employees where thrilled to see us and quickly threw toppings on. As we were checking out 5 more people came thru the door before closing time. The employees told them the store closed in 2 minutes and some of the customers turned and left. All this while customers where still sitting inside eating. The two employees with hot dates to get to then turned on these people and told them the same thing. They finished their food outside on the curb. Frozen yogurt is frozen yogurt, staff makes it or breaks it.

Um I think they forgot the milk in the smoothie. This is water with blended strawberries and peanut butter.

Went out of our way to stop here. Went at 9pm, they close at 10 pm. Got our yogurt and I based my decision of flavor based on what my topping would be which would be different kinds of fruit. Get to topping station, there's no fruit. Was told "they don't have fruit this time of night". Ok, sounds like you need to get more because you don't close for an hour. Won't be back based on the rudeness of the employee and absolutely no effort on employee's part not even an apology!

Visited about 4p on a 52degF, Midwestern, January afternoon. Didn't have to wait at all, and got right into line. Decent, tasty choices for froyo, and staff adds your toppings. Daughter got the brownie bites and they had a strange aftertaste, but she loved the salted caramel from! Would visit again.

So many frozen yogurt shops came and went. But this one still remains. Nice selection, nice staff, glad it's still around!!!
