Dairy Queen

Went through the drive thru for a quick lunch. Was in a hurry and started eating going back to work. I noticed at a red light my burger was not done, I hope I don't get sick. Only reason why there's 2 stars is because the fries were good.

My friend and I went to this location for blizzards. We went inside to order. They took our order fast and they were nice, but then we sat inside staring at the counter for about 25 minutes to half an hour waiting for just two mini blizzards. While we were waiting the workers were flirty around with each other. Finally I walked up closer and she finally made ours. After we got them and left they made us the wrong blizzards. I was so disappointed.

Please explain to the manager that it's probably not a great idea to tell the employees that the people at the front counter aren't as important as the drive-thru. What a short little b**** was my first impression. Snap. I didn't bother to finish my food because of the less than warm welcome. The counter girl was as pleasant as she could be considering the situation.

The guy cooking a making blizzards at 2pm on new years day is killing it. Best service I've ever had at a dairy queen. He is really going good for all the customers in the store.Food: 5/5

When I went to Dairy Queen with a few of my friends almost all of us were missing parr of our orders. I didn't get my cheese with my pretzels and some of my friends were missing chicken strips. The blizzards took forever to come out and they gave one of us a size too small. I don't think I'll be finding myself here again.Food: 3/5

I’ve been a DQ fan for 60 years and enjoyed many locations. This DQ has a pleasant staff and mostly good food. The ice cream and blizzards are good. The chicken strips with gravy are good and the gravy is always hot. My burger experience twice has been mediocre. The meat has been room temperature, not hot enough to begin to melt the cheese. I’ve never had this happen at other DQ’s. It seems the lunch shift cooks meat patties ahead for the afternoon shift and the patties sit under a 40 watt bulb until needed?? Most recently this happened on a Sunday. Very disappointing when there’s lots of other lunch options.

These kids here are lazy...especially the one who took my order... 1 chocolate cone. He walks away and then returns 10 min later to give me the smallest medium ever. I cone here most days...no more!!!! Hire boys or girls who want to work amd do a good job. Jesus people. Work for your money... or go home!!!!!

Went in to get something quick to eat. We were the only ones in the restaurant and waited at least 10 minutes before we AKSED to be waited on.

Stopped by today on the way home from the mall. They had a hand written sign on the door that said that the credit card machine was down. On top of that they only had one of the two registers open so the wait time was long enough to change two diapers and walk across the street to use the ATM for cash. I guess no one uses a manual credit card processing device any more. The food was decent and we weren't about to pack up two little ones again just to find somewhere else to eat.

This place has gone down hill. It used to be a reliable place to eat for a meal. I came in here on a Sunday evening and ordered a Sunday with a cheeseburger “well done”. I sat in the lobby for over 20 minutes waiting for my food, finally I went up to the counter to check on my order and the cook accused me of already eating it when I had clearly been sitting in the dining waiting on my order for the past 20 min. This place is pathetic
